Jonathan Andrew Boehm, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 10:22 am, Sept. 14, charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest came as the result of a complaint of a trespassing in the 7000 block of W. Cardinal St. in Homosassa. A deputy located Mr. Boehm, whom the arrest report stated is homeless, on a vacant lot nest to the location of the complaint. Boehm was found to be in possession of a glass vial that contained 0.14 gram of methamphetamine the report stated.
Almira Cablay Cook, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 12:00 pm, Sept. 14, as a fugitive from justice on a Shawnee County, Kansas warrant for employment security fraud (no bond).
Antonio Lee Dorman, 41, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Homosassa at 1:09 pm, Sept. 14, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended, second offense ($1,000 bond). The traffic stop was conducted due to license plate on the vehicle, a Chrysler van, being registered to a homemade trailer. The report stated that Mr. Dorman's driver's license had been suspended 9 times due to failure to pay traffic fines.
Corey Joseph Feronti, 44, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at 1:28 pm, Sept. 14, on a warrant for violation of probation.
Scott Christopher Jutras, 56, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 6:22 pm, Sept. 14, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, first offense; driving under the influence (DUI), DUI with property damage, resisting an officer without violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMS provider or public transit employee ($8,500 bond).
Troy Elwood McLean, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 10:13 am, Sept. 14, charged with domestic battery (no bond). At 2:20 pm the following day, Mr McLean was additionally charged with violation of condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
Mark Raymond Miskar, 64, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 7:30 pm, Sept. 14, charged with committing sexual battery on a person over the age of 18, without consent and without physical force or violence ($10,000 bond).
Sean Lee David Prince, 47, of Inglis, FL, was arrested at 10:09 pm, Sept. 14, charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated that he was trespassed from 14035 W. River Rd. in Inglis, the location of Big Oaks River Resort, on Sept. 3, and returned to the location on Sept. 14. A deputy located him in one of the cabins and took him into custody.
Brandy Nicole Risner, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at 4:21 am, Sept. 14, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated ($5,000 bond). She was also issued two traffic citations. The arrest came after deputies saw his vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign at a 4-way stop at the intersection of N. Deltona Blvd. and N. Citrus Springs Blvd. in Dunnellon. Ms. Risner, the driver, fled from deputies when they attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the white van she was driving. She told deputies she did not stop because she believed her license was suspended.

Devin James Anderson, 22, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 12:00 pm, Sept. 15, charged with hindering, delaying, or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of probation, and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Knykoleta Rose Colucci, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 6:58 pm, Sept. 15, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond).
Beau Davis Freeman, 36, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 12:08 am, Sept. 15, charged with disorderly public intoxication, resisting an officer without violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMS provider or public transit employee ($6,500 bond).
Cody Dalton Gilpin, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 1:40 pm, Sept. 15, during a traffic stop conducted at N. Turkey Oak Dr. and Balloon Ln. in Crystal River, due to another passenger (see Richard Rutkosky, Jr. below) inside the vehicle being suspected of a recent shoplifting incident. Mr. Gilpin was found to have an active Brevard County, FL warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Morgan Larue Jemison, 21, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 2:47 am, Sept. 15, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and driving under the influence ($1,500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in the 8000 block of W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, due to Ms. Jemison, the driver, failing to maintain a single lane. The report stated that she performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.
Deborah Elizabeth Lewis, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 4:30 pm, Sept. 15, charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property ($15,000 bond).
Michael Wilhelm Marks, II, 47, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1:15 am, Sept. 15, on a Sumter County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, first offense ($513 bond).
Billy Dale Roach, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 12:50 am, Sept. 15, charged with domestic battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).
Richard Rutkosky, Jr., 36, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for Sept. 15, charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750. The report stated that Mr. Rutkowsky was unable to provie proof of purchase for $739.94 in merchandie from the Rural King store, located at 1801 North U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, that he placed in the bed of a gold Dodge pickup truck. The items included a DeWalt impact drill, a Milwaukee pole extension, 3 pairs of men’s pants, and a Gerber knife. Mr. Rotkosky left the store in the pickup truck, with four other people, and was arrested a short time later during a traffic stop conducted at N. Turkey Oak Dr. and Balloon Ln. in Crystal River. He told deputies that he met a married couple, "Dave and Sarah Smith," at the store so they could purchase items for him because they owed him money. He said he stood in line with the Smiths, who paid for the items, and an alarm sounded as he left the store with the merchandise.
Top
