UPDATED: Dillon Robinson, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, 2024, charged with armed trespassing ($1,000 bond).
       According to the arrest report, a deputy was dispatched to the Withlacoochee Gulf Preserve, located at 1001 Old Rock Rd. in Yankeetown, FL, as a result of a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) biologist reporting two suspicious people on the property, one armed with a compound bow weapon, after receiving photos taken by a trail camera in the area.
The deputy arrived at the property to find lights in the distance from an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that appeared to be taking off in a different direction from the deputy, so the deputy activated the sirens on the patrol vehicle to get the riders' attention, then ordered them to stop driving.
       The two ATV riders, Dillon Robinson and Jessica Clarke, walked to the deputy's patrol vehicle. Robinson admitted he had a bow, and took the deputy into the wooded area where the camouflaged bow was strategically placed within some bushes for concealment, loaded with an arrow, ready to be shot, and another arrow lying on some bushes; there was also a headlamp and cordless spotlight in the same area where the bow was located.
       Robinson eventually admitted to the deputy, that although he'd not killed anything that night, he'd killed things in the past in that location. Robinson told the deputy that he did not have permission to be on the property, and a sign on the property states, "Gate closes and locks at 8:00 pm" (Robinson was arrested at 3:40 am). He told the deputy that they'd driven the ATV from the property of relative of Clarke's to the park.

Nicholas Russo, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 22, 2024, charged with battery (no bond).

Gary Wayland Sullivan, 53, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 18, 2024, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Tristan Swift, 18, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 21, 2024, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Robert Tanner, 45, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($10,000 bond).

Ronald Tarpy, 62, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense (bond was set at credit for time served).

Brenda Thompson, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Sept. 21, 2024, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less, armed burglary of a dwelling, structure or conveyance; grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000, distribution or delivery of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($51,100 bond). She was also charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($5,000 bond and $10,000 bond).

Larissa Blu Williams, 25, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Sept. 17, 2024, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Sept. 18, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).
