September 11, 2020

Kelly Marie Burlew, 32, of Inverness, FL. was arrested at 11:25 pm, Sept. 11, charged with possession of a controlled substance, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and introduction of contraband into a detention facility ($24,000 bond).

Athalene April Bulla, 41, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 8:40 pm, Sept. 11, charged with battery ($4,000 bond). 

Benjamin Weston Cummings. 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at 12:22 pm, Sept. 11, charged with felony petit theft (2 or more theft convictions), with his bond set at $2,000. Mr. Cummings is accused of concealing a cell phone, a cell phone case, and a headlamp, with a combined value of $86.80, on his person while shopping at the Inverness Walmart store, then of leaving the store without payiing for the items.

Cody Leonard Dillon, 22, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 8:26 am, Sept. 11, in the 1600 block of North U.S. Hwy. 41, in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of cannabis with the intent to sell, and possession of cannabis wax (no bond).

Eric Edward Gajcowski, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 12:12 am, Sept. 11, charged with disorderly public intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond). Mr. Gajcowski is accused of disturbing others, due to being intoxicated, while at Manatee Lanes, located at 7715 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, and then of pulling away from a deputy when he attempted to take him into custody.

Anthony Richard Griswold, 40, of Dunellon, FL, was arrested at 3:44 am, Sept. 11, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($5,000 bond).

Donald William Holmes, III, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 8:39 pm, Sept. 11, in the 9300 block of W. Fort Island Trail in Crystal River, on a Lake County, FL warrant for scheme to defraud in the amount of $20,000 to $50,000 ($5,000 bond).

Youssef Nabil Juma, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 3:23 pm, Sept. 11, charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). Mr. Juma is accused of refusing to leave the Dollar General store, located at 8495 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (SR 44) in Inverness, after the manager asked him a leave, due to allegedly causing problems outside of the store.

Veronica Kellie Meadows, 22, of Hernando, FL, was arrested in the 6600 block of N. Canopy Ter, in Hernando, FL, at 3:28 pm, Sept. 11, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

Rose Anne Sloan, 31 of Webster, FL, was arrested at 1:57 am, Sept. 11, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, resisting an officer without violence, having no motor vehicle registration or an unregistered vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Justin Wesley Whitton, 25, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence at 6:00 am, Sept. 11, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of petit theft, first offense (no bond).

September 12, 2020

Almira Cablay Cook, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1:31 pm, Sept. 12, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). Ms. Cook is accused of failing to scan and pay for $46.98 in merchandise while checking herself out at the self checkout area of the Inverness Walmart store. The report stated that she paid for other merchandise in the amount of $25. 

Julie Michelle Dorsey-Sickler, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrrested at 3:58 am, Sept. 12, charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Elizabeth Marie Snow, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 11:20  pm, Sept. 12, charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Jillian Leigh Ortiz, 36, of New Port Richey, FL, was arrested at 6:25 pm, Sept. 12, on a Pasco County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of child neglect, and possession of a controlled substance (no bond).

Mark Stocking, 47, of Ocala, FL, was arrested at 1:27 pm, Sept. 12, charged with misdemeanor domestic intentional unlawful threat, by word or act, to do violence to another (no bond).

Keith Jonathan Tettenburn, 48, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 6:44 pm, Sept. 12, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender (no bond).

Kala Marie Thompson, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 4:19 am, Sept. 12, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense (no bond).

Mark Charles Weatherly, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to apper in court citation at 12:48 am, Sept. 12, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The report stated that Mr. Weatherly was a passenger inside a vehicle during a traffic stop in Homosassa, due to the vehicle having no rear running lights, and during the traffic stop, he was found to be in possession of a black container that contained methamphetamine residue.

September 13, 2020

Victoria Grace Callum, 20, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 10:49 am, Sept. 13, on a warrant for criminal mischief of $200 or less, and domestic battery ($1,000 bond).

Alexis Loraine Dosal, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 9:54 pm, Sept. 13, charged with leaving the scene of a crash with serious injuries ($5,000 bond).

Ricky Feacher, 66, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 8:04 pm, Sept. 13, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). The arrest occured during a traffic stop in Crystal River due to a vehicle traveling 70 mph in a 40 mph speed zone. During the traffic stop, Mr. Feacher was found to be in posssession of 6.6 grams of cannabis, and several small plastic baggies and a shortened straw that contained what appeared to be cocaine residue, according to the arrest report. The following day (Sept. 14) Mr. Feacher was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), when deputies realized he'd brought 0.33 grams of cocaine with him into the intake room of the Citrus County Detentin Facility and left it there, according to video surveillance.

Jason Paul Madison, Jr., 27, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 10:32 am, Sept. 13, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

John Allen Radford, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 5:36 pm, Sept. 13, on two Citrus County warrants. One charged him with violating a non-expiring June 30, 2020 injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond), due to Mr. Radford allegedly going inside the victim's residence and pushing over a camera that had a time stamp of the incident as having occurred on Sept. 8, 2020, and the injunction stated that Mr. Radford should not go within 500 feet of the victim's residence. The other warrant was for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of battery (no bond).

Kyle Wayne Reddin, 35, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at his residence at 10:40 pm, Sept. 13, on two Citrus County warrants: one for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond); the other was a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1.177, for failure to pay child support.

Jeffrey George Santiago, 20, of Ocala, FL, was arrested at 3:17 pm, Sept. 13, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond). The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop that was conducted due to a request to trespass three men from the Dollar General store, located at 9524 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa. During the traffic stop, Mr. Santiago was found to be in possession of 1 gram of heroin, 9 amphetamine and dextroamphetamine pills, and a piece of aluminum foil that tested positive for heroin residue.

Matthew Lee Tysinger, 27, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested at 7:45 am, Sept. 13, charged with aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMS provider, or public transit employee; resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with sirens and lights activated ($8,000 bond).

Justin David Yates, 34, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence at 8:16 am, Sept. 13, on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
