Summer Cheri Addison, 27, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy Couty Sheriff's Office, Sept. 8 at 12:30 am, charged with 2 counts of probation violation (no bond).
Henri Joselito Alvarado Alva, 25, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Willistion Police Deartment, Sept. 6 at 10:09 pm, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($500 bond).
Jason Alton Aroche, 36, of Chieflend, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Sept. 10 at 12:37 am, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
Gnashi K. Barnes, 27, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9 at 12:51 pm, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Anthony Roger Bercheny, 55, of Morristion FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 10 at 9:08 pm, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($50,000 bond). The report stated that the victim, who used to live in Mr. Bercheny's home, went to the home while Mr. Bercheny was not there to gatherr some of her belongings. The report stated that Mr. Berchey arrived at his residence as the victim was leaving, and he intentionally struck the victim's vehicle with his vehicle, according to the victim's statement and a video recording of the incident the victim had taken with her cellphone. The victim complained of severe neck pain and was transported via ambulance to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers hospital in Crystal River, FL.
Lee Michael Brodman, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 8 at 3:00 am, charged with battery, battery by strangulation, unarmed robbery by sudden snatching, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a third degree felony proceeding ($210,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Brodman is accused of striking his girlfriend's face with his elbow and hands, and of choking her while holding her onto he ground while calling her "stupid." A deputy reported that the victim's right eye was swollen and red. The report also stated that the victim told the deputy that she was upset with Mr. Brodman because she'd paid for him to get out of jail in Manatee County, he'd told he he didn't plan to show up in court the following day, and she also believed he'd gone to he back of the property to use drugs, which in turn had angered Mr. Brodman, who batttered her and took her phone from her when she attempted to call 9-1-1 for help, and then left the property with it. The victim was transported by emergency medical services to Nature Coast Regional Hospital in Williston.
James Elvin Colson, 50, of Old Town, FL, was arrested, Sept. 9 at 11:35 am, charged with failing to stop when ordered by a law enforcement officer, and driving while license suspended as an habitual traffic offender. His bond on each charge was set at credit for time served.
Michael Ross Heidel, 53, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9 at 6:35 pm, charged with failing to comply with a sex offender registration requirement ($50,000 bond).
Kristine Lynn Hess, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 12 at 2:36 pm, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).
Deborah Mercedes Johnson, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Sept. 9 at 7:10 pm, charged with battery ($500 bond).
Kevin Larson, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Probation Department. Sept. 9 at 7:10 pm, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Joshua Jeffery McIntosh, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Sept. 8 at 12:16 am, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer ($50,000 bond).
Steven D. Stacy, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Probation Department and booked into the Levy County Jail, Sept. 8 at 10:39 pm, charged with probation violation.
Heather Jeanette Stamper, 30, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 9 at 3:12 pm, on two out of county warrants (no bond).
Ronald Sweet, 54, of south Daytona, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Offce, Sept. 11, at 10:58 pm, charged with driving under the influence and failing to submt to testing. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Jackson Ray Thomas, 28, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 12 at 10:00 pm, on two out of county warrants. His combined bonds totaled $22,500.
