Danielle Ann Baggett, 44, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 31, 2024, charged with possession of drug equipment. and fraud by impersonating another person or giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($10,000 bond).


Angela Bunn, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 2, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,500 bond).


Kenneth Ray Cole, 58, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 26, 2024, charged with battery, and resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence ($50,000 bond).


Paul Joseph Cone, 41, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 1, 2024, on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $10,000 and $50,000.


Thomas Michael Cook, 61, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 1, 2024, charged with battery ($1,000 bond). 
            The arrest report stated that the victim told a deputy that she and Cook got into an argument regarding religion, during which she tossed a small ceramic figurine onto the couch, close to where another person was sitting. She said that Cook grabbed the figurine and began hitting her with it, on her face and back of her head, causing her nose to bleed. 
            The deputy reported that the victim's nose was red and started bleeding again while she was speaking with her. 
            Cook told the deputy that he struck the woman, but with an open hand, not the figurine. 


Thomas Delaino, 37, of Cedar Key FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, September 1, 2024, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of  marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($7,000 bond). 


Jonathan David Elder, 34, of Hudson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 28, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense; and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).


Jeannie Ann Fizzuoglio, 44, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 30, 2024, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
            The arrest report stated, that according to the victim, Fizzuoglio, and a witness, about 12:30 am, the victim was sitting on a couch in the garage when Fizzuoglio began arguing with him. Fizzuoglio allegedly spat in the victim's face, struck the right side of his face with her right hand, then grabbed his throat and attempted to choke him.              
            The victim grabbed Fizzuoglio by her chest and pushed her away, which caused her to trip over a cord of a trolley system and fall backward onto the floor. The victim stood up from the couch and began arguing with Fizzuoglio.
            The witness entered the garage and got between the victim and Fizzuoglio, who grabbed a drill and reached around the witness to strike the victim with it, causing a minor abrasion, then again reached around the witness to strike the victim.
            The deputy determined that Fizzuoglio was the primary aggressor and placed her under arrest.
            
            
Justin Lewis Henderson, 41, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, August 30, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).


Eugene Westley Housekeeper, 49, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 29, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($300 bond).


Tonya Renee Hyatt, 62, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 2, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) - third violation within 10 years, DUI with damage to property, and refusal to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension ($20,000 bond).


Jeremiah Dewayne Lewis, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, August 31, 2024, charged with reckless driving, first offense; fleeing from or eluding law enforcement officers at high speed, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and assault of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or emergency medical services provider, etc. ($175,000 bond).


Frank McCain, 45, possibly of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 27, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($2,500 bond).


Elizabeth Mitchell, 21, of Gainesville, FL. was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 28, 2024, charged with battery, child abuse without great bodily harm, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.


Johnnie Ray Pate, 45, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 29, 2024, charged with battery ($2,000 bond).


Juan Manuel Reyes Sanchez, 30, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, August 26, 2024, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($1,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Garrett Lee Schneeberger, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 27, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; grand theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($80,000 bond).
        According to the LCSO, a deputy checked on the tag number of a 2017 Sierra pick-up truck and learned that the tag was registered to a trailer. The deputy conducted a traffic stop. Schneeberger, the driver, had a suspended driver's license and was taken into custody. An investigation determined that the truck Schneeberger was driving had been reported stolen in Marion County, Florida on May 5, 2024. Schneeberger told the deputy that he'd purchased the truck from a person and had paid $5,000 for it. However, the alleged seller of the truck told deputies he had not sold the truck to Schneeberger. The deputy located an alleged “bill of sale” inside the truck that had two signatures, but they were both in the same handwriting. The deputy also found three bags of hallucinogenic mushrooms and methamphetamines inside the stolen truck.


Victor Todd Scoggins, 60, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 1, 2024, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, third violation within 10 years; and refusal to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension ($7500 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).


Clifton Douglass Spivey, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 26, 2024, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and failure to appear in court ($40,000 bond).


Gerald Ray Tanner, 39, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, September 1, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving while license suspended, second offense ($3,000 bond).


Nevel Thompson, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, September 1, 2024, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).


Wayne Wilson Treadway, 52, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 31, 2024, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and facilitating a kidnapping during the commission of a felony (no bond). He was also charged with battery ($5,000 bond). 


Robert Wade Underwood, 49, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 26, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($500 bond).


Alexander Zachary Vick, 24, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 27, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($150 bond).
