Preston Baker, 19, of a unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 19, 2024, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with activated lights and sirens ($25,000 bond).
Pedro Bautista, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 25, 2024, charged with battery (no bond).
Troy Callahan, 62, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 19, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Brandon Capozzi, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 19, 2024, charged with murder without premeditation (no bond).
According to the LCSO, the agency received a 911 call that reported a shooting. The caller told dispatch that he heard gunshots and walked outside his Williston, FL residence to find the victim lying in his driveway, deceased.
Witnesses told deputies, that around 1:00 pm, Capozzi had been at the residence to visit a person who'd been staying at the residence, and he'd left on a motorcycle. Witnesses said they'd heard two or three gunshots and heard a motorcycle leave the area after the shooting, but no one at the residence had witnessed the shooting.
Deputies determined that the suspect had fired several rounds from a small caliber firearm at a distance of 20 to 40 yards from the victim. The victim had suffered a gunshot wound to his upper chest. He was pronounced deceased at 6:56 pm.
In the nearby area, deputies located a backpack and other items that were identified as belonging to Capozzi.
Officers with the Williston Police Department located Capozzi in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant, located at 713 W. Noble Ave. in Williston, attempting to hide within a vehicle.
During an interview, Capozzi admitted that he'd shot the victim; he said he'd hit the victim with the third of a four-shot volley, although the suspect was not armed and presented no threat to him. He admitted he'd tossed the backpack and also the gun, but he later told deputies he'd disassembled the gun and placed it inside a grocery bag at an associate's Morriston residence.
At the Morriston residence, deputies located the black Yamaha motorcycle, covered with a tarp, and the gun, a 9mm, inside the residence inside a grocery bag in the laundry room
Donald Clark, 60, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 19, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) with damage to property, and refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension ($1,000 bond).
William Clem, 26, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 19, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond)
William Coggins, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 19, 2024, charged with two counts of felony battery ($25,000 bond).
According to the arrest report, Coggiins awakened from a nap and accused two people of being intimate while he was asleep. He's accused of throwing a lit candle at the male victim, who had green candle wax on his right arm and grabbing the female victim's hair, throwing her to the ground.
Deputies found Coggins in a nearby wooded area. He said he'd left the area because he didn't want to go to jail, according to the report.

Marty Days, Sr., 60, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, August 23, 2024, charged with first degree grand larceny of $100,000 or more ($500 bond).
Stacey Deer, 52, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 23, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance - methaqualone or a mecloqualone derivative, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($6,250 bond).
Katlin Brooke Embrey, 27, of Pennington, AL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 25, 2024, charged with battery, and disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($650 bond).

According to the arrest report, a female relative accused Gray of slapping and scratching her face. However, Gray told deputies that the female relative had grabbed her head and thrown her to the ground.
The deputy reported that the women had no injuries consistent with either of the accounts of the incident, and the details of the stories were not consistent with evidence at the scene of the incident. However, a witness on scene told the deputy that he saw Gray strike the other woman.

According to the arrest report, on August 21, 2024, Stockdall and the victim had gotten into an argument in Williston, FL, and deputies had asked her to leave the area.
The following day, Stockdall had made an obscene, racist and homophobic threat to harm the victim on Facebook, which frightened the victim, who then blocked her on Facebook.
