Charles Franklin Allen, 28, of Orlando, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 8, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).
Omar Blake, 24, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 6, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Peirre Bostick, 49, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2024, charged with reckless driving, a repeat offense; fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer or failing to obey an officer's order to stop, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($80,000 bond).
Tyree Lamont Brown, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 8, 2024, on a Levy County arrest warrant, charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for the purpose of drug activity, possession or sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a house of worship or business, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and trafficking in 28 grams or more but less than 150 kg of cocaine or a cocaine mixture. He was additionally charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. His total bond was set at $101,000.
According to the LCSO, Brown, who has an extensive criminal history of 76 previous felony charges, was on the run from an arrest warrant, which was the result of a long term narcotics investigation, completed earlier this year, conducted by the LCSO Drug Task Force. When deputies encountered Brown, he ran from them, but was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.
David Carnes, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2024, charged with second degree petit theft, first offense ($150 bond).
Maggie Elizabeth Corbin, 37, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, August 6, 2024, charged with reckless driving, first offense; and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($2,000 bond).
Justin Dangler, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender (no bond).
Tracy Kyle Davis, 50, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 8, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual ($2,000 bond).
Christopher Drenner, 30, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 9, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender (no bond).
UPDATED: Chandon Herring, 18, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 10, 2024, charged with burglary of a dwelling or structure causing damages in the amount of $1,000 or more ($10,000 bond).
The arrest report stated that a LCSO deputy was enroute to a reported burglary in progress at The Juice Box tobacco store, located at 6891 NW 138th Place in Chiefland, FL.
Meanwhile, Chiefland Police officers had conducted a traffic stop at the end of 137th Place on a white raised truck that had no displayed tag that officers had seen leaving The Juice Box tobacco store.
The victim told the deputy that he drove up to the store and noticed two males exiting the store, one was Herring, whom he said was carrying approximately $2,500 in merchandise that had been taken from his store that he threw into the pickup truck. He said the second male had ran away on foot. The victim had contacted the Chiefland Police Department and guided officers to the truck's location where the traffic stop was conducted. The victim told the deputy that the merchandise in the pickup truck was merchandise that had been stolen from his store.
Herring told the deputy that he had paid the store owner $500 for marijuana that he'd never received, so he was taking from the store what the he was owed. When asked by the deputy about the victim's statement, Herring said, "Absolutely not," according to the report.
Heather Heymann, 35, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, August 9, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($500 bond).
Charity Joanna Huffman, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 8, 2024, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).
Tyrell Deshawn King, 18, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, August 11, 2024, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($500 bond).
Rhonda Jewell Livesay, 64, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 7, 2024, charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence (DUI), fleeing from and attempting to elude law enforcement officers, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($150,000).
According to the LCSO, deputies were alerted to a driver in Williston, later determined to be Livesay, who was not staying within her lane of travel. Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle in the area of U.S. Highway 41 and SE 25th St. Rather than stopping, the driver continued traveling north on U.S. Highway 41, and although several vehicles pulled off the road to avoid striking Livesay's vehicle, she still swerved toward several vehicles, almost striking them. After the driver failed to stop at a red light, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and State Road 121, a deputy set up stop sticks (a tire deflation device) in the Cloverleaf area, which deflated both front tires of Livesay's vehicle, yet she continued traveling north toward an intersection. Due to the driver's disregard as to the safety of others on the roadway, three deputies used their vehicles to box in the vehicle, forcing it top, boxed-in by three patrol
cars, causing minor damage to two of them and no injuries.
Michelle Lynn Lopez, 23, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2024, charged with child neglect without great bodily harm (no bond).
Jared Markham, 21, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 6, 2024, charged with battery, with his bond set at credit for time served.
Ronald Alan McDaniel, 58, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, August 11, 2024, charged with two counts of possession of drug equipment, and possession of methaqualone or a mecloqualone derivative (no bond). He was also charged with possession of methaqualone or a mecloqualone derivative ($20,000 bond).
Angela Elaine Pate, 42, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 8, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).
UPDATED: Joshuah Morgan Willis, 47, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 8, 2024, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($500 bond).
The arrest report stated that a LCSO deputy conducted a traffic stop on Willis at U.S. Highway near Gladys Avenue in Inglis, at 2:26 am, due to him riding a bicycle with no lights. During the traffic stop, Willis was searched and a deputy located 0.6 gram of methamphetamine inside a plastic bag wrapped in a black bandanna in his left pocket, according to the report. The report also stated that Willis was given a verbal warning regarding the traffic violation.
