Daniel Lee Armstrong, 43, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by a probation officer, July 29, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
John Antonio Bastanzi, 46, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 2, 2024, charged with withholding support of a child or spouse, with a cash only bond of $3,070. He was also arrested on an out of county warrant, with a cash only bond of $2,570.
David Lee Beech, 46, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 3, 2024, charged with possession of drug equipment ($2,500 bond).
Tamara Burnett, 31, of Lakeland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 2, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Michael Andrew Calloway, 46, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 3, 2024, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($50,000 bond).
According to the arrest report, the victim, a Trenton resident, told a deputy that around 4:00 am he heard a noise in his pole barn, then armed himself with a BB gun and went outside to investigate and found Calloway. The victim said he told Calloway to leave, and Calloway replied, "Make me," then rushed him, grabbed the BB gun from him and used it to hit the victim's face several times. The deputy reported that the victim had blood and lacerations to a cheek and his scalp, and marks in the sand that indicated that a scuffle had taken place at the location. The victim said, that after the altercation, Calloway left the area, he believed riding a bicycle. The victim provided the deputy with a description and photograph of Calloway, whom the deputy located not far from the location, riding a bicycle.
Calloway initially claimed he'd not been at the location, but later said he'd been at the location that day, but not recently. He denied any altercation with the victim, although he had red marks and scratches on his body that indicated he had been in an altercation, the report stated, and Calloway's appearance and clothing was just as the victim had described.
William Carawan, 33. of Fort White, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, August 3, 2024, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
Jimmie Donald, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 28, 2024, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, August 1, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Eddy Danyel Graham, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 2, 2024, charged with fleeing from or eluding law enforcement with disregard as to the safety of persons or property, driving while license suspended, first offense; possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($122,000 bond).

Dakota Mason Morsell, 26, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 29, 2024, charged with three counts of battery of a law enforcement officer ($10,000 bond). According to the arrest report, deputies were called to a Morriston residence due to a call that Morsell had made threats while armed with a shotgun and ammunition, and he had then walked with the contraband into a wooded area. Deputies contacted Morsell by phone, and he agreed to exit the wooded area. However, he exited the woods without the firearm. The report stated, that when deputies took him into custody, he resisted arrest and spat on the faces of three deputies and also made threatening remarks.
Leroy Parks, 46, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, July 26, 2024, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 30, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($250 bond).
Brandon Mikeal Parsons, 42, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 2, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Thomas Roberts, 64, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 31, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on his own recognizance bond).
According to the arrest report, around 1:16 pm, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a white Toyota 4Runner sport utility vehicle, due to the driver (Roberts) traveling at approximately 46 mph in a 65 mph speed zone, and the deputy also noticing the vehicle swerving three times out of its lane of travel on U.S. Highway 19 in Levy County, Florida (the town was not noted on the arrest report).
The arrest report stated that Roberts, the driver, used the deputy's patrol vehicle to steady himself, and he also performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing. At the detention facility, Roberts initially refused to submit to breath alcohol testing, but upon learning that failure to submit to the testing could cause his driver's license to be revoked for one year, Roberts eventually submitted to alcohol testing, about three hours after the traffic stop, with results at that time of 0.045 (the legal limit in Florida is 0.08).
Gustavo Alberto Rojas, 30, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 3, 2024, charged with fleeing from or eluding law enforcement with disregard as to the safety of persons or property, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($132,000 bond). He was also charged with destroying, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; possession of drug equipment, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).
According to the arrest report, deputies noticed Rojas, who had a male passenger with him, driving a white Nissan truck, stopped at a stop sign in Williston. The deputy, aware that Rojas had several warrants for his arrest, had attempted to located him in the past, so he attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Rojas' vehicle. Rather than stop, Rojas accelerated his vehicle and made turns onto several streets in an attempt to elude the deputy.
The deputy noticed Rojas' vehicle, ditched at the corner near 6690 NE 119th Terrace. On NE 66th Lane, the deputy found Rojas' passenger, Jesse Smith, standing beside the road with his hands, and also observed Rojas, whom the passenger said he knew only as "Chico," running into he woods with a backpack. Deputies located Rojas, hiding inside an abandoned camper next to a shed. Inside the backpack, deputies found drug paraphernalia and 1.5 grams of methamphetamine. He was arrested on the warrants and additional charges.
Richard Sanders, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 1, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense, with his bond set at credit for time served. He was also charged with three counts of failure to appear in court, with his bonds set at $10,000, $20,000, and $100,000.
Kandy Stella Sandifer, 50, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 30, 2024, charged with two counts of battery (no bond).
UPDATED: Alyssa Beth Lillian Sinclair, 28, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 3, 2024, charged with battery, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($25,000 bond).
According to the arrest report, deputies spoke with the victim at his residence. He told a deputy that he and Sinclair had consumed alcohol at a bar in Crystal River, FL, and Sinclair drove the two of them to the Bird Creek boat ramp in Yankeetown, FL where they got into an argument, so he asked Sinclair to drive him home. He said, when they arrived at his home, he expressed concern regarding Sinclair driving away, due to her being intoxicated, and when he attempted to stop her from leaving in the vehicle, she swung at him and he then bear-hugged her. He said, during the bear hug, Sinclair bit his chest, then pushed him away and ran to the nearby campground. The deputy reported that the victim had redness to his chest area with "moderate tooth indentations."
Sinclair was located, a short distance away from the victim's home, inside a vehicle. The arrest report stated that the vehicle smelled of cannabis. Inside a small clutch purse, deputies found two small bags of methamphetamine, that Sinclair denied belonged to her, although she claimed ownership of the clutch purse. She admitted she'd pushed the victim, and that her head was against his chest, but she said she did not remember if she bit him.
Willie Walton, Jr., 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 2, 2024, charged with withholding support of a child or spouse, with a cash only bond of $2,800. He was also charged with failure to appear in court, with his bond set at $10,000.
