Special Needs Registry - Evacuation Assistance
The Special Needs Registry is available to all Floridians who may need assistance during an evacuation. The Florida Department of Health, in coordination with county health departments and local emergency management agency's in the state recommend registering in advance of a storm, to ensure people can be accounted for and contacted in advance of any disaster.
