       One victim told a deputy, that during an argument, Glidewell had thrown a wooden mop handle and a metal rake at him, so he began running away from him.
       The second victim told the deputy that he saw Glidewell chasing the other victim, and he tried to get between them. to de-escalate the situation, when Glidewell began yelling at him. He said Glidewell swung a closed fist at his face and missed, then picked up a rock and threw it at him, which he blocked with his left hand so it left a small abrasion. He said Glidewell went inside the residence. Later, the victim stated, he walked past a window and Glidewell threw a small plastic paint container at him, which struck him, leaving brown paint on his black t-shirt. The deputy noted the abrasion to the victim's hand and the paint on his t-shirt.
       The deputy reported, that while he attempted to speak with the victims, Glidewell attempted to insert himself into the conversations, using foul language, raising his voice and screaming, so he placed him into handcuffs, and when Glidewell physically resisted deputies, one deputy used two knee strikes to Glidewell's shoulder in order to gain his compliance.
