Marvin Laquan Dunmore, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, July 1, 2024, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

UPDATED:  Two men were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 7, 2024, as the result of a traffic stop, due to suspicion that the driver was driving under the influence.
  The driver, Joshua Lee Elam, 44, of Williston, FL, was charged with possession of drug equipment (no bond).
  The passenger, Robert Wayne Shipp, 25, of Bronson, FL, was charged with possession of 13 grams of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver; and possession of drug equipment (no bond).

Matthew Evans, 37, of Wellborn, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, 2024, on an out of county warrant ($5,070 cash bond).

Brian Gruhler, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, July 3, 2024, charged with grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (no bond).

Allen Harnage, 63, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 2, 2024, charged with grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($5,000 bond).

Michael Aaron Hennessey, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, July 1, 2024, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Adreana Koehler, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, 2024, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Her bonds were set at credit for time served.

Terry E. Lemaster, 43, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, 2024, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($6,000 bond).

UPDATED: Two arrests were made by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 7, 2024, as the result of a traffic stop for an equipment violation.
  The driver, Kim Lance Hyde, 50, of Archer, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($5,500 bond).
  The passenger, Michelle Lee McNeal, 36, of Bronson, FL, was charged with possession of drug equipment. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.


Steven Ray Miller, 29, of Moultrie, GA, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, July 7, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

UPDATED:  Broddrick Deshon Mongo, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, 2024, as the result of a traffic stop due to an equipment violation. Mongo, the driver, was asked by deputies to exit the vehicle; however, he drove away from the deputies, traveling at speeds up to greater than100 mph, until he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a ditch on State Road 27 near County Road 32 in Bronson. During Mongo's attempt to elude the deputies, his passenger begged him to stop. The passenger was injured as a result of the vehicle crash and was transported to a medical facility by ambulance for treatment. Mongo was found to be in possession of cocaine, methadone pills and more that 21 grams of fentanyl. He was charged with false imprisonment of an adult, and trafficking in 4 grams or more of fentanyl or a fentanyl analogue (no bond). He was also charged with fleeing from law enforcement officers at a high rate of speed, resisting an officer without violence, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment $50,000 bond).


Grayson Owens, 19, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, July 6, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($500 bond).

Ashlee Nicole Partain, 19, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, 2024, on a felony warrant for failure to appear in court ($250 bond).

Jeffrey Robinson, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, 2024, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.

UPDATED:  David Jarvis Rose, 46, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, 2024, as the result of an attempted traffic stop due to a deputy witnessing him, the driver of a motorcycle, running a stop sign. Rather than stopping, Rose fled from the deputy, accelerating to speeds in excess of 110 mph. He lost control of the motorcycle near NE 110th Avenue (in Bronson) and slid to a stop in the sand. He was immediately taken into custody. Rose was charged with fleeing from law enforcement with disregard as to the safety of persons or property, operating a motorcycle without a license, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($115,000 bond).


James Arthur Scheider, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 1, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Dallas Jordan Watts, 21, of Saint Marys, GA, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, July 1, 2024, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
