Motorist Advisory: U.S. Highway 19 and State Road 121, Levy County, Florida

There is currently an active 136-acre fire near U.S. Highway 19 and State Road 121, north of the Town of Inglis in Levy County, Florida, that could affect travel on U.S. Highway19 and nearby roadways due to possible smoke on the roadways throughout Monday (June 17), Monday night and into Tuesday (June 18) morning.

Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling in the area, as visibility could quickly deteriorate, especially during the night and early morning hours. Motorists shoul reduce their speed and utilize low beam headlights to adapt to changing weather conditions.
