Tammy Marie Allison, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested Sept. 4 at 4:51 pm, on a Citrus County warrant for
keeping or maintaining a structure, vehicle, boat or aircraft for the purpose of using, keeping or selling these substances; child neglect without great bodily harm by willful or culpable negligence, and manslaughter - causing the death of any person under the age of 18 by culpable negligence.
Kevin Christopher Courtney, 26, of Inverness, FL, was arrested Sept. 4 at 4:14 pm, on a warrant for child neglect without great bodily harm by willful or culpable negligence, and manslaughter - causing the death of any person under the age of 18 by culpable negligence.
Derek Glenn Fowler, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested Sept. 4 at 2:35 am, charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop on S. Red Wing Dr. in Homosassa, that was conducted due to a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and failing to mainntain a single traffic lane. Mr. Fowler was the driver.
Lavana Marie Howard, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested in the 6600 block of S. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) in Homosasssa, Sept. 4 at 2:48 am, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
John William Johnson, 54, of Hernando, FL, was arrested Sept. 4 at 1:41 am, charged with possession of a controlled substance (0.5 gram of methamphetamine). His bond was set at $2,000. Johnson, the front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine (inside his wallet) during a traffic stop that was conducted on the 2000 block of N. Junglecamp Rd. in Inverness, due to an equipment violation.
Joseph Montanez, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested, Sept. 4 at 1:57 am, charged with resisting an officer without violence, aggravated battery - intentionally causing bodily harm, disability or disfigurment ($3,000 combined bond), and domestic battery (no bond).
William Eugene Ray, II, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested Sept. 4 at 4:21 pm, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of mmisdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).
Jermy Edward Sester, 22, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested Sept. 4, 3:22 pm, at the Florida Department of Corrections Probation Office located at 1630 North U.S. Hwy. 41, in Inverness, on a Monroe County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure and petit theft (no bond).
Joseph Daniel Smith, 72, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 4 at 5:53 pm, charged with disorderly public intoxication while at the Applebee's restaurant in Inverness ($500 bond).
