Seniors, your Disaster Supply Kit should include important items you need, such as:
• Prescription eyeglasses
• Dentures
• Medications and prescriptions
• List of medications with dosages
• Blanket
• Medical equipment for any medical condition you have, plus extra batteries
• Medical bracelet or identification
• Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid cards, and prescriptions
• Contact list of your doctors and relatives
• Walking stick or wheelchair
• Incontinence products such as adult diapers or liners
