Citrus County Detention Facility, Lecanto, Florida
August 30, 10:22 pm: Lara Marie Havranek, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop conducted at W. Main St. and N. Seminole Ave. in Inverness, FL, according to the arrest report, due to a theft that had just occurred and the driver and only occupant of the vehicle, Ms. Havranek, not having a valid driver's license. Inside Ms. Havranek's wallet, a deputy located 3 grams of cannabis and a clear glass pipe that contained methamphetamine residue. Ms. Havranek was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). Ms. Havranek was not charged with any theft or any driver's license infraction.
August 30, 2:55 am: Alden Ross Hudak, 19, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, during a traffic stop on a vehicle, that had no operating tail lights, traveling south on N. Citrus Ave., at 71 mph in a 45 mph speed zone. The report stated that Mr. Hudak, the driver, exhibited signs of impairment, and he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing. At the Citrus County Detention Faciity, Mr. Hudak's breath alcohol test results measured 0.195 and 0.196 (above the maximun legal limit of 0.08). He was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
August 30, 11:37 pm, Jesse Michael Kuck, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($2,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).
August 30, 10:18 pm: Amber Marie Lawson, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, when a patrol deputy checked on the license plate of a vehicle traveling west on W. Venable St. in Crystal River, FL, and learned that the driver's license of the registered owner, Ms. Lawson, was suspended. The traffic stop was conducted on W. Venable St. at W. Seven Rivers Dr. When a K9 made a positive alert on the vehicle for the presence of narcotics, it was searched. Deputies located approximately one gram of heroin, and 2 injection needles, one of which tested positive for heroin. Ms. Lawson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). No further mention was made of the driver's license, other than Ms. Lawson produced a Florida driver's license to identify herself.
August 30, 7:35 am: Cassandra Anne Sare, 32, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, when a deputy on patrol on Kings Bay of the Crystal River (in Crystal River, FL), conducted a stop on a vessel traveling on a plane in a slow speed zone. Ms. Sare told the deputy that she initially provided him with a false name because she believed she may have a warrant for her arrest. She also told the deputy that she was in possession of 1 gram of methamphetamine, which she provided to the deputy. The substance tested positive for metamphetamine. Ms. Sare was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
August 30, 12:02 pm: Faustino Alfredo Valladares, 63, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of battery and witness intimidation (no bond).
August 30, 5:17 pm: Tammy Joe West, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at her residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, on a Hernando County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license knowingly suspended ($4,000 bond).
August 30, 11:11 pm: Scott James Willman, 51, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, on a warrant for grand theft of $5,000 or more, but less than $10,000 ($1,000 bond).
