Arrests, Citrus County, Florida: August 19, 2020
Kevin Wade Bowers, 27, of Hernando, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 3:39 pm, accused of attempting to rob a man outside a Hernando, FL restaurant. Deputies quickly located Mr. Bowers at a parking lot across the street from the business. The report stated that the business owner was operating a tractor on the property when he was approached by Mr. Bowers who was looking for work. The business owner told Mr. Bowers that no work was available and to leave the property. After being told several times to leave the property, Mr. Bowers pulled out a knife, demanding money, stating that he had a weapon. The owner placed a gun in his hand, but kept it by his leg, and replied to Bowers that he also had a weapon. Mr. Bowers then fled the scene. Upon his arrest, Bowers told deputies, "My demeanor might have been too aggressive, but I meant nothing by it," according to the arrest report. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and armed robbery ($22,000 bond)
Ann Marie Dombrowski (no photo available), 53, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at her residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 10:10 am, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation for having no valid driver’s license, and having an attached registration and license plate not assigned to that vehicle (no bond).
Tiffany Lynn Ellison, 29, of Floral City, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 11:20 am, on two warrants for violation of felony probation (no bond).
Alexander Edward Gerber, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 10:56 am, charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
John Dylan Gromling, 28, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office at N. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491) and W. Lemon St. in Beverly Hills, at 9:10 pm, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on original charges of petty theft, second offense; and driving while license suspended, second offense (no bond).
Randy Tyler Hudson, 24, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 6:38 pm, charged with aggravated battery, and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Toni Marie Humphries, 44, of Floral City, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 5:58 pm, on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Justin Andrew Saslo, 32, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 9:33 pm, charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner, either directly or indirectly, by phone or another means of communication (no bond).
Robert Lee Walton, III, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, at 10:20 pm, on a Citrus County warrant for operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license ($500 bond).
