Matthew Johnathan Blough, 44, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Aug. 28, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($4,070 cash only bond).

Shane Douglas Carnes, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Timothy Demour Coleman, 52, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 1, charged with battery ($2,000 bond).

Ami Rose Eads, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 3, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and keeping a shop or vehicle, etc., for dangerous drugs, first violation (no bond).

Evan Jerome Ebanks, 50, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs - third violation within 10 years ($30,000 bond).

Jermey Gordon, 36 of Fruitland Park, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 1, charged with attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it, and driving while license suspended ($30,000 bond).

Penelope Lea Hart, 63, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 31, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense (release on her own recognizance bond).

Christopher Edward Hathcox, 37, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Sept. 2, charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($90,000 bond).

Malik Kip Hayes, 20, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Sept. 3, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, using or displaying a weapon during the commission of a felony under indictment, resisting an officer with violence, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (no bond).

Tawnie Henderson, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 2, charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft of $300 or more but less that $5,000, possession of drug equipment, and smuggling or introducing contraband into a detention facility ($80,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Kristine Hess, 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property (a door) of $200 or less, and burglary of a unoccupied dwelling during a state of emergency ($125,000 bond). Hess is accused of breaking into a residence after Florida had been declared a disaster area due to Hurricane Idalia. The front door was damaged due to Hess entering the home. Hess claimed that she'd broken into the residence to steal back belongings one of the home owners had stolen from her. The home owners told a deputy that Hess had never lived in the home, and she had not been given permission to go inside the home. One of the owners showed a deputy a video of Hess attempting to enter the home. Hess claimed that one of the property owners was home at the time she entered the honme, but the property owner in question claimed that he was in a hospital at the time Hess made entry into the home.

Leland Howard, 55, of Okhumpka, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 1, charged with trespassing on property other than a structure or conveyance, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($55,000 bond).

Matthew Jones, 38, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 31, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disorderly conduct ($6,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Jessica Anne Kennedy, 25, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 1, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($1,500 bond). According to her arrest report, about 11:50 pm on Aug. 31, a deputy observed Kennedy, the sole occupant of her vehicle, turn from U.S. Hwy. 19 onto E. Cason Blvd. in Inglis, then stop her vehicle, halfway on the road and halfway on the grass on the side of the roadway. The deputy pulled up next to her and spoke with her. The deputy reported that she showed signs of impairment, and she initially agreed to submit to roadside sobriety testing. However, she submitted to only one test before refusing to submit to further testing, stating that she felt anything the government gave her was a trap or a trick, and she wanted to contact her old man and her attorney. Her boyfriend arrived on scene as she was being taken into custody. At the Levy County Detemtion Bureau, she refused to submit to alcohol breath testing, according to her arrest report. 

Johnny Lake, Jr., 56, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 2, charged with battery, aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, and battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($90,000 bond).

Michelle Nicole McCain, 41, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($17,500 bond).

Neil Robert Moat, 45, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 31, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($2,500 bond).

Jose Navedo, Sr., 38, of Lauderdale Lakes, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Aug. 23, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Aug. 28, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($970 cash only bond).

Deborah Denise Oshea, 58, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Sept. 1, charged with grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($25,000 bond).

Amber Faith Peterson, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 31, on an out of county warrant ($2,184 cash only bond).

Tara Anne Playford, 33, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Aug. 29, charged with petit theft from a merchant - second offense, and possession of drug equipment ($4,500 bond).

Courtney Nicole Rubin, 31, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Aug. 21, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Aug. 28, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Isaac Leonard Sanchez, 18, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 26, charged with battery (release on his own recognizance bond), domestic battery by strangulation ($50,000 bond) and grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($2,500 bond).

Larry Thomas Smith, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, charged with driving while license suspended - a repeat offense, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($50,000 bond).

Michael Peter Steric, 25, of Orlando, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Aug. 28, charged with failing to return a driver's license or registration when insurance is cancelled (bond - non applicable).

Ciera Nicole Stitt, 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 2, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond).

Michael Paul Sullivan, Jr., 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($2,500 bond).

Darrell Lance Urquhart, 46, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Amy Karen Watson, 38, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 28, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with activated emergency lights and sirens, driving while license suspended - a repeat offense, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($120,000 bond).
