August 15, 3:12 am: Correy Antonio Brooks, 31, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, charged with probation violation (no bond).
August 15, 11:14 pm: Joanie Burgman, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
August 15, 11:25 pm: Michael Joseph Andrew Graham, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence ($15,000 bond).
August 14, 4:26 pm: Shane Crawford, 18, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with lewd or lascivious behavior toward a victim 12 to 16 years of age ($100,000 bond).
August 14, 11:13 am: Gregory Scott McAmis, 49, of Bellview, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, charged with battery. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
August 13, 2:11 am: Justin Wayne Fortner, 40, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
August 13, 8:47 pm: Printis Shavar Shell, 34, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with driving while license suppended, third or subsequent offense ($10,000 bond).
August 12, 1:55 pm: Jacalyn J. Dobson, 50, of Hilton, New York, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on an out of county warrant ($1,013 bond).
August 12, 7:00 pm: Joseph Garcia, 46, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. His bond was set at none, and he was given credit for time served.
August 12, 11:12 am, Adrian Johns, 30, of Sanderson, FL was booked into the Levy County Jail after being arrested at the Levy County Courthouse in Bronson by the Florida Department of Corrections, charged with hit and run at the scene of a crash involving death, and negligent manslaughter (no bond). According to the Levy Cunty Sheriff's Office, Mr. Johns was initially arrested on the charges in 2018.
August 11, 4:15 pm: Robert Eugene Beck, 30, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on an out of county warrant (no bond).
August 11, 2:31 pm: Joshua Dolton Huddleston, 26, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).
August 11, at 2:05 pm: Crystal Diane Kiser, 38, of Weirsdale, FL, and Seth Matthew Schmude, 37, of Paisley, FL, were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, each charged with trespassing at an RV park - failing to leave after being requested to leave, with their bonds each set at release on his/her own recognizance. Mr. Schmude was additionally charged with non support of child or spouse, with his bond set at $2,000.
August 11, 4:37 pm: Philip Lester Swanson, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
August 10, 9:10 pm: Phillip D. Bacon, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, first responder, etc.; and criminal mischief - property damage of $200 or less ($27,500 bond).
August 10, 9:00 pm: Amy N. Bohn, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery ($15,000 bond).
