Sedor is accused of pushing one victim and swinging her fist at another victim, but not making contact with the victim because the victim held Sedor against a wall. One of the victims told a deputy that Sedor was upset about a new animal being inside the house, and she'd consumed alcohol prior to the incident. The report stated that neither Sedor nor the two victims wanted charges pursued against Sedor.
