Bruce Cannon, 64, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 26, charged with sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 12 and 18 by a custodian of the victim, and lewd or lascivious behavior toward a victim between the ages of 12 and 18 ($1,500,000 bond).
Kellie Anne Coyte, 46, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 27, charged with battery, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($5,000 bond).
John Joseph Daniels, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 27, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit, failing to register a motor vehicle, driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($112,500 bond). The arrest was the result of a deputy observing Daniels operating a red all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on U .S. Hwy. 41 in Morriston, Florida. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the driver, Daniels, fled from the deputy. A chase ensued, but the deputy overtook Daniels, who fled into the woods on foot when he blew up the motor of the ATV. Additional deputies arrived on scene to assist in the search for Daniels, and a short time later, he was taken into custody.

Trevor Stewart, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 27, charged with driving with a suspended license, fleeing from and attempting to elude law enforcement officers, and resisting arrest ($60,000 bond). The arrest occurred as the result of a deputy, who was responding to a call for service, seeing a man he believed to be Stewart - who has a suspended driver's license - operating a moped on U.S. Hwy. 27 Alternate. Another deputy located the moped in question on County Road 335, near NE 69th Place, in East Bronson, Florida. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver, later confirmed to be Stewart, did not stop and began making evasive turns to evade the deputy. When Stewart was unable to outrun the deputy at the moped's top speed of 40 mph, he pulled to the side of the road, laid the moped on its side, and ran into the woods. Backup deputies arrived on scene and used a K-9 (police dog) to track Stewart to an abandoned trailer before losing his trail. A short time later, a citizen reported that “Trevor” had run into their home, and he was not welcome there. Deputies drove to the caller's home and located Stewart hiding inside a closet.
