August 8, 6:00 pm: Michael Ross Heidel, 53, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with unarmed burglary of a dwelling, and first degree petit theft - greater than $100, but less than $300 ($12,000 bond).
August 7, 10:58 am: Andrew Wayne Lachance, 40, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon ($10,000 bond).
August 6, 10:49 am: Elizabeth Paulette Cole, 51, of an unstated location if Florida, was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau after being arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, charged with trespassing, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($6,000 bond).
August 6, 2:26 am: Heather J. Freed, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with driving under the influence and fleeing from a law enforcment officer in pursuit at a high rate of speed ($110,000 bond).
August 5, 3:30 pm: Johnny Lee Brunson, Jr., 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, charged with operating a motor vehicle wihout a valid license. He was released on his own recognizance.
August 5, 12:00 am: Samuel Terrell Byrd, 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm, and contributing toward the delinquency of a minor dependent ($110,000 bond).
August 5, 5:28 pm: Joseph A. Pate, 28, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
August 5, 10:40 pm: Jorge Luis Rivas, 61, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
August 5, 10:31 am: Edgar Eliseo Martinez Ventura, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, and battery ($12,500 bond).
August 4, 2:45 pm: Martika Cheyenne Baker, 28, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
August 4, 9:00 am: Jessey James Harnage, 20, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on an out of county warrant (no bond).
August 4, 10:36 am: Theodore Joseph Oroski, 63, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office on two out of county warrants (no bond).
August 4, 1:58 pm: Joshua Willis (SEE PHOTO), 43, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery ($5,000 bond). The report stated that three men and a woman were at a Shearer St., Inglis residence where one man accused Willis of intentionally injuring his dog, and Mr. Willis accused the man of slashing the tiress of his bicycle. Mr. Willis and the woman claimed the other two men had held Willis against a counter with a stick, and when the woman attempted to break up the fight, one of the men (not the dog's owner) had slapped her. The other two men claimed that Mr. Willis had hit the dog's owner with the stick. However, when the deputy saw injuries to the dog's owner, a lump to his forehead and left elbow, and none to Mr. Willis, Mr. Willis was taken into custody.
August 3, 12:00 pm: Rainy Lynn Arrowood, 32, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).
August 3, 12:00 pm: Franklin Lee Barber, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with posession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).
August 3, 8:00 am: Larry Dan Baze, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery of a law enforcement officer of other public servant, resisting an officer without violence, trafficking in greater than 14 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($80,000 bond).
August 3, 5:54 pm: Natisha Octavias Brown, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau after being arrrested by the Chiefland Police Department, charged with trespassing. Her bond was set at $100.
August 3, 5:44 pm, Christina Marie Ferranti, 38, of Williston, FL, was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau after being arrested by the Levy Couny Sheriff's Office, charged with trafficking in 14 grams or more of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($265,000 bond).
August 3, 11:48 am: Janean M. McEwan, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau after being arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug manufacturing equipment used in the transportation of drugs ($20,000 bond).
August 3, 10:02 pm: Theresa Jo Peterson (SEE PHOTO), 56, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with battery ($2,500). The arrest report stated that Ms. Peterson is accused of battering a man during an an argument at a Park St., Inglis residence, were she went to accuse him of taking a razor from her bathroom. During the argument, Peterson is accused of grabbing the victim's bicycle, claiming she was going to keep it until she received her missing property. The victim told deputies that Ms. Peterson struck him with an open arm to the right side of his face, neck and chest, and the deputy reported that the victim had injuries consistent with his claim. Ms. Peterson was leaving her residence when deputies arrived at her home, and she was arrested, a short time later, during a traffic stop. She told deputies that theee man had hit her, but deputies saw no injuries to her body, according to the report..
August 3, 10:20 am: George Zachary Risher, 25, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
August 3, 2:39 pm: Jason Wayne Tice, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with violation of probation (no bond).
August 3, 10:43 am: James Ray Uhlio, 55, of Williston, FL, was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau after being arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of drug equipment ($10,000 bond).
