Austin Brutus, 26, of Valrico, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 19, on two out of county warrants with his bonds each set at none, three out of county warrants with his bonds set at $2,000 each ($6,000 total) and one out of county warrant with his bond set at $7,500.

Robert Buening, Jr., 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 21, and readmitted to the Levy County Detention Bureau from court (no bond).

Norman Burnett, 45, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, April 17, charged with failure to appear in court ($15,000 bond).

Lewis Steven Churchville, 36, of Mary, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 22, charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Alexis Maeanin Crum, 18, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 19, charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($10,000 bond) and failing to register a motor vehicle (release on her own recognizance bond).

Austin Michael Davis, 27, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 19, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equipment ($17,000 bond).

Christopher Thomas Davis, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 20, charged with withholding support of children or spouse, with his cash only bond set at $970.

Leona Delaney, 42, of Branford, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 20, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($32,000 bond). She was also charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Amy Kay Lyn Deniyage, 36, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 18, charged with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Barbara Flanders, 58, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 19, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Roslyn Lauriston, 38, of Panama City Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 19, on an out of county warrant, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Monica Dawn Lucas, 40, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 20, charged with reckless driving, first offense (no bond). She was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and child neglect without great bodily harm, with both bonds set at release on her own recognizance.

David Lyons, 65, of an unknown town or city in PA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 20, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($500 bond).

Catherine Marie Mahoney, 53, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 17, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($5,000 bond).

Douglas Galen McElyea, 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 21, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, making a false report or giving false information to police, driving under the influence of alcohol with damage to property, and driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($50,000 bond).

Mary Jo Pereira, 41, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 19, on an out of county warrant, with a cash only bond of $861.54.

David Andrew Ruttinger, 63, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 20, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, firing a weapon in a public place or on a residential property, introducing a missile into a dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft; criminal mischief with damage to property greater than $200 but less than $1,000, and resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence ($217,000 bond).
        Mr. Ruttinger is accused of shooting a man near the intersection of SE 201 Street and State Road 40 East in Inglis. About 8:00 pm, the 47 year-old victim was shot in the leg with a shotgun, and transported to a nearby emergency center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. 
        The victim was a passenger inside a vehicle driving past a property when a shot came at them from the property. Acording to a Levy County Sheriff's Office press release, the driver stopped the vehicle and began yelling at the shooter (Mr. Ruttinger) while the passenger exited the vehicle, and a second shot fired by Ruttinger struck the victim's leg.        
        About four hours later, with the assistance of the Marion County Sheriff's Office Air 1, Mr. Ruttinger was located, hiding in the woods. He told deputies that he fired at the vehicle because it was driving in a reckless manner, that reckless drivers are a constant issue near his home, and he was attempting to shoot the tire, not the passenger.

John Ruwell, 55, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, April 18, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond). He was also charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Aundre Ryles, 36, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 19, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana (no bond).

Stephen Smith, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 15, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 17, charged with battery ($25,000 bond).

Bryan Spencer, 28, of Suwannee, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 23, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property ($10,000 bond).

Terry Wayne Watson, 41, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 19, charged with two counts of selling a Schedule I drug such as methaqualone within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, business, or school; and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony (no bond).

Elijah Welch, 26, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 23, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (no bond).

Brian Williams, 52, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 17, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense (no bond).
 
Willie Williams, 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 19, on an out of county warrant, with a cash only bond of $1771.66.

Andrew Winn, 60, of Hudson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 20, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($2,500 bond).

Daniel Joseph Winningham, 71, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 22, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release for a domestic violence arreat, with his bond set at release on his own recogniziance.
