Arrests, Citrus County, Florida: August 7, 2020 (UPDATED WITH ADDITIONAL ARRESTS)
August 7, 7:12 pm: Casey Roy Creager, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with domestic battery (no bond).
August 7, 7:11 pm: Amanda Dawn Davis, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop of a 2011 white Nissan Versa (registered in TN), traveling south on N. Florida Ave. (Hwy. 41) at E. Norvell Bryant Hwy. in Hernando, due to a cracked wihdshield obstructing the driver's view. Ms. Davis, the driver of the vehicle, was issued a written warning for the cracked windshield and a traffic citation for having a license plate that was assigned to another vehicle. The arrest report stated, that while the deputy was speaking with Ms. Davis, she attempted to place a Tupperware container inside her purse that contained 7.92 grams of methampheamine, which she told the deputy did not belong to her, that she'd found it inside the vehicle.
August 7, 12:11 am: Shirley Jane Dixon, 62, of Floral City, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on a Sumter County, FL warrant for
violation of felony probation on an original charge of grand theft of stolen property in the amount of $300 or more, and two counts of principle to fraudulent use of a credit card in the amount of $100 or more (no bond).
August 7, 9:00 am: Corey Joseph Feronti, 44, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with domestic battery (no bond).
August 7, 8:50 am: Alisa Denise Hejny, 51, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at her residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving under the influence (impaired) with two prior convictions (no bond).
August 7, 12:55 pm: Timothy Craig Lowe, 45, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by communicating with the petitioner (no bond).
August 7, 1:11 am: Raymond Franklin Osteen, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at a Constitution Blvd., Inverness residence by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin (no bond).
