August 2, 7:33 pm: Kenneth Ray Blake, Jr., 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; criminal mischief of $200 or less, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($7,500 bond).


August 2, 6:25 am: Vincent Anthony Bonanno, Sr., 66, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted at N. Citrus Ave. and North U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, due to an inoperable driver's side tail light and no visable tag light. The report stated that Mr. Bonanna became irate due to the traffic stop and was uncooperative with the deputy.


August 2, 3:07 am: Richard Phillip Dignardi, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.


August 2, 10:20 pm: Charlene Elaine Frazier, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($7,000 bond).


August 2, 11:08 pm: Alyssa Knetchel, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).


August 2, 9:16 pm: Nicholas Robert Latraverse, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with resisting an officer without violence, and driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($3,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the area of NW 6th Ave., just north of Crystal St. near the Crystal River Mall, when a deputy observed Mr. Latraverse driving a blue and black scooter with no rear light and no license plate. The arrest report stated that on Dec. 23, 2019, Mr. Latraverse, had been labeled as an habitual traffic offender for five years.


August 2, 2:38 am: Kyle Edward Purtee, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).


August 2, 5:45 pm: Two people were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office at the Inverness Walmart store. An arrest report stated that Rachael Ann Sweet, 24, of Inverness, FL, was at the Inverness Walmart store with Travis Tyler Reisinger, 24, of Floral City, FL. Mr. Teisinger was accused of stealing a portable air conditioning unit from the store. The report stated that Mr. Reisinger and Ms. Sweet got into a vehicle, and when deputies confronted Mr. Reisingner, Ms. Sweet was inside the vehicle attempting to conceal a glass smoking pipe that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. Reisinger was charged with obtaining merchandise or money by use of a fraudulently obtained or false receipt, and retail petit theft of $100 or less ($2,500 bond). Ms. Sweet was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). 


August 2, 3:32 am: Daniel Delbert Dewane Williams, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it ($1,000 bond).
