On July 30, at 9:37 am, Michael Walter Allen, 69, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Allen had been trespassed from the Publix supermarket, located at 3942 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, on Dec. 21, 2019, and had also been issued a trespass after warning citation on June 22, 2020. However, he returned to the store, July 30, and was seen riding around inside the store on a scooter.
On July 30, at 7:37 pm, Jake Alan Gardner, 26, of Hernando, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with fraud - illegal use of a credit card, and burglary of an unocupied conveyance ($7,000 bond). He was arrested in two other cases, but the details were inaccessible.

On July 30, at 7:06 pm, Kristina Marie Petralia, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance ($2,500 bond).
On July 30, at 9:54 am, Michele Lynn Smith, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; 4 counts of credit card fraud, trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, theft of a motor vehicle, and grand theft of a firearm ($19,000 bond). Ms. Smith is accused of driving the victim's pickup truck, July 24, without permission because she has no driver's license, and also of using several of the victim's credit cards at the Lecanto Walmart store, and of taking other items that belonged to the victim.
July 30 at 7:40 pm, Shyla Lynn Solar, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).
