Richard C. Wolfe, 58, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($513 bond).

Charles Greg Brendel, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. He was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond)
Dave Ward, 55, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).
UPDATED: Joseph Aaron Kennedy, 50, of Inglis, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond). The victim told a deputy, according to the arrest report, that on Nov. 11, 2022, Kennedy came to her residence, "extremely intoxicated," and they got into a heated argument, during which she locked herself inside a bedroom. She said that Kennedy grabbed her face very tightly and slapped her several times, with an open hand, to her face and forearms. She later told the deputy that she forgot to mention that Kennedy had also bitten her forehead. The deputy documented that the victim had bruises and lacerations to her face and forehead. On Nov. 15, Kennedy was located by the deputy. Kennedy told the deputy, that after he'd gotten into a verbal, non-physical altercation with the victim, he'd walked from her residence toward a relative's home. He told the deputy that he'd consumed approximately four glasses of wine, and he'd probably blacked out, due to his low tolerance of wine.
