4 arrested during Homosassa buy-bust and search warrant

Citrus County, Florida - On July 28, 2020, the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Tactical Impact Unit concluded a multifaceted narcotic investigation by initiating a buy-bust operation and then serving a search warrant at a nearby residence.
The targets of this investigation were Nicole Cash and Issac Edwards, a 22-time convicted felon, who were suspected of trafficking in methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl. After the buy-bust operation was concluded, a search warrant was served at 6941 West Crosbeck Court in Homosassa.
After the SWAT team secured the scene, detectives searched the residence and located 17 grams of cocaine, 54.1 grams of heroin, 48.2 grams of methamphetamine, 17.35 grams of fentanyl, 89.26 grams of cannabis, and $6,785 in U.S. currency.
Issac Edwards, who was already on felony probation, was arrested on a warrant for being the principal of a narcotic sale, and also on a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support. Other charges included trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, trafficking in heroin, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone) with intent to sell, possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia; and renting, leasing or owning a drug dwelling.
Nicole Cash was arrested on five Citrus County warrants related to the undercover buy operations. She was additionally charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, sale of heroin, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During this investigation, undercover detectives purchased 3.6 grams of heroin, 22.2 grams of methamphetamine, and 13.8 grams of fentanyl from Nicole Cash. Investigators followed the flow of narcotics to Issac Edwards and the 6941 West Crosbeck Court, Homosassa residence.
Homeowner David Sinclair was charged with possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and renting, leasing or owning a drug dwelling.
Mariah Jouvert was charged with possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
