Thomas Wayne Carlton, 49, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 29, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond). He was also arrested on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $2,500 and none.

UPDATED: Crystal Hill, 61, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 29, charged wth simple domestic battery ($5,000 bond). The arrest report stated, about 12:50 am, a deputy ararived at an Inglis residence due to a complaint of a domestic disturbance. The victim told a deputy that Ms. Hill had pushed him from behind, and then grabbed the front of his shirt, tearing off buttons. The deputy reported that he observed that the shirt was missing buttons and one button hole was torn, but he saw no red marks on the victim to indicate that he'd been pushed. However, Ms. Hill told the deputy, according to the report, that she'd pushed the victim and torn off the buttons from his shirt.
