Megan Mae Oliver, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (unstated bond).

Brian Nathaniel Schaier, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated while speeding in disregard of safety ($11,000 bond). He was also charged with falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer ($500 bond).

Shane Kenneth Pollok, 45, of  Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Danielle Jeannette Carter, 26, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Drenane Michael Lee Martin, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

UPDATED:  Johnnie Russell Arnett, 38, of Inglis, FL, was charged with retail petit theft, second offense ($1,000 bond). Mr. Arnett is accused of taking approximately $19.93 in food and drink items from the Dollar General store, located at 736 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL. A store clerk told a deputy that Arnett entered the store with what appeared to be an empty backpack, then went into the store's bathroom and exited it with food on his face, and he then allegedly left the store with his backback noticeably fuller. A deputy located Mr. Arnett, behind the store on a park bench, eating food that was allegedly stolen from the store, accordng to the arrest report.

Nicole Renee MacDonald, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for trafficking or or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, and receiving less than $300 when providing false ownership or false identification for goods sold, consigned or traded ($10,000 bond).

Drenane Michael Lee Martin, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000 ($500 bond).

Phillip Jeremiah Denoma, 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Frank Nobile, 29, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Marty Ray Sapp, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Jeffrey Carl Ponders, 59, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of sex offender regulations by failing to report to the local sheriff's office to establish a residence in the state of Florida ($5,000 bond).

Noah Cantalice, 38, of Cocoa Beach, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Damien Michael Peden, 24, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for felony battery - causing great bodily harm, permanent disability or permanent disfigurement (no bond).

Joshua Charles Elliott, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Michael Salvatore Failla, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Gregory Scott Simmons, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Cherokee Marie Spaulding, 31, of Leesburg, FL, was charged with three counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, allowing an unauthorized operator to drive, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($12,500 bond).

Cheyenne Elizabeth Tucker, 18, of Homosassa, FL,  was charged with trespassing in an unoccupied structure or conveyance ($1,000 bond).

Ronald Austin Bayless, 24, of Floral City, FL, was charged with battery, and hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($6,000 bond). He was also charged with one count of violation of felony probation or community control and five counts of violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Charles Wayne Rathel, 56, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Jamie Lee Clayton, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,500 bond).

Luis Manuel Diaz-Rivero, 40, of an unstated location of residence, was charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,500 bond).
