UPDATED:  Danielle Martha Adams, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond). According to the arrest report, the victim told a deputy that Ms. Adams had found him watching pornography at his residence, and she began screaming at him, then hit him once or twice to his face. He said he then left the residence and began driving until he saw the deputy's parked patrol vehicle, and he stopped to speak with the deputy. The deputy reported that the victim's face was bleeding, that he had a small laceration under his left eye that was beginning to swell, and a bloody nose that was possibly broken, that he was treated on scene by Levy County EMS, but he refused to be transported to a medical facility for further medical care. The deputy spoke with Ms. Adams, who had blood splatter on the back of her shorts, according to the report, and she refused to explain what had happened until the deputy explained to her what the victim had said, which the deputy declined to do, not wanting to compromise her account of the incident, and Ms. Adams then declined to speak to the deputy without her attorney being present.

UPDATED:  Jason Eric Adams, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, charged with battery (third offense with two previous convictions) and trespassing ($65,000 bond). Mr. Adams is accused of going to a Yankeetown property, where he'd previousely been trespassed, and yelling. The report stated that the juvenile victim went outside, and the two got into a fight. The deputy reported that the victim had several cuts and scratches to his hands, back, and chest. The report also stated that Mr Adams has two previous battery convictions: simple battery on Feb. 11, 2015 and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim on Nov. 23, 2016.

Kimberly Rose Albach, 28, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, charged wih driving while license suspended, first offense; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($32,000 bond).

Ashley Avis Batten, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($2,000 bond).

Rexford Batten, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 4, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($2,500 bond).

Cody Simuel Beckham, 26, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 9, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery, throwing or firing a missile into a vehicle, dwelling, building or aircraft; and criminal mischief with damage to property exceeding $200 but less than $1,000 ($60,000 bond).

Dean Christopher Chambers, 58, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, Julys 8, charged with petit theft, second degree, first offense ($5,000 bond).

Rayburn Matthew Corbin, 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond).

Charles Robert Levi Cox, 29, of Suwannee, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, charged with attaching registration to a license plate not assinged to it (release on his own recognizance bond) and grand theft of a motor vehicle ($30,000 bond).

Brandon Thomas Fletcher, 40, of Perry, FL, was arrested by an unspecified law enforcement agency, July 3, charged with boating under the influence of alcohol, and refusing to submit to alcohol testing (release on his own recognizance bond).

Kenneth Glidewell, 49, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($1,000 bond).

Jimmie Lee Green, 58, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, July 7, charged with misuse of a temporary tag to avoid registering a vehicle (release on his own recognizance bond) and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Edward Harris, 69, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Willison Police Department, July 5, charged with petit theft from a mechant, second offense ($2,000 bond).

Stacy Leigh Hayes, 39, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($20,000 bond).

Pedro Hernandez, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,000 bond).

Henrietta Holden, 44, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on her own recognizance bond).

UPDATED:  Hilda Jane Keller Park, 55, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond). Ms. Keller Park is accused of spraying the victim twice with a commercial hose at a communal horse stable, once to her chest and once to her face. The victim stated that Ms. Keller Park had swung the hose around, nearly striking her with it, and she suspected that Keller Park was under the influence of alcohol. The deputy reported that the victim was soaked with water, that Ms. Keller Parks motor skills and speech pattern was "slowed," and Ms. Keller Park stated that she may have accidentally sprayed the victim with water when she was filling buckets with water.

UPDATED:  Michael Ray Kerklin, 35, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 8, charged with criminal mischief with damage of $1,000 or more, burglary of an occupied dwelling, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000, resisting an officer without violence, and resisting an officer with violence ($175,000 bond). Kerklin was also charged with violation of his Marion County probation for battery (no bond). According to the arrest report, a woman at a residence in the 6000 block of SE 220th Ave. in Morriston reported that a burglary was in progress at her home, that she was lying in bed when a man entered her home by way of her unlocked, but closed, front door. She said the man was yelling unintelligible comments while walking around her living room, and since she was alone, she was in fear of her life, so she left the residence and called 911. When the first deputy arrived on scene, the man, later identified as Mr. Kerklin, was still in the house, but when a second deputy arrived on scene, Mr. Kerklin exited the home by way of the front door, ran across the front yard, and then south on 220th Ave., carrying two paintings and a bath towel. The report stated that Kerklin refused to stop, as ordered, but he fell down into a mud puddle and was taken into custody. However, he resisted arrest, and when deputies were attempting to place his hands into handcuffs, he dug his fingernails into a deputy's hand. The report stated that the stolen items, valued at $1,005, were drenched in mud, and the paintings appeared to be ruined.

UPDATED:  Janis Kay King, 67, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 3, charged with battery ($30,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the battery was reported to the sheriff's office by the Department of Children and Families (DCR) which was informed of the battery by the victim ("zir"). According to the victim, Ms. King strikes zir occasionally, the last time about two months previously. The victim stated that Ms. King has stuck zir's face with her hand, and she has also struck zir with a grill lighter and a decoraive "welcome" plaque. Zir told deputies that Ms. King has grabbed zir by the neck and then thrown zir into a trailer. A witness told deputies that he/she had seen Ms. King strike the victim's face within the past six months, and Ms. King admitted to deputies that she has struck the victim when the victim has lied to her.

Scott Ryan King, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, July 8, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($17,000 bond). He was also charged with refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension (release on his own recognizance bond).

Lizabeth Knapp, 51, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense (no bond).

Joseph Koren, 64, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, July 6, charged with felony battery ($25,000 bond).

Robert Dennis Morgenstern, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Jonathan Obsorne, 36, of Willison, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 10, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery - second or subsequent offense, felony battery, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, and petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 (no bond).

Dana Parker, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 10, charged with battery - second or subsequent offense, battery of a person age 65 or older, aggravated child abuse, and probation violation (no bond).

Richard Eugene Paulk, 52, of Old Town, FL was arrested by an unspecified agency, June 19, 2022, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 8, charged with probation violation (no bond).

John Joseph Raines, 42, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 6, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Daphne Nicole Shade, 34, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 10, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense; resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($40,000 bond).

Dejuan Termell Smith, 47, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Donald Smith, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 5, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000 bond).

Rodney Lewis Stamper, 45, of Hudson, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, April 22, 2022, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 8, charged with withholding support of child or spouse ($2,970 cash only bond).
