UPDATED: James Robert Sapp, 23, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 4, charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12, and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony ($1,050,000 bond). According to a press release by the LCSO, the mother of a four year-old child contacted the agency with information that she'd located digital evidence on Sapp's phone that showed he'd behaved inappropriately with her child, and the agency determined that Sapp had used his cell phone to record himself engaged in a sexual act with the child.
