Art Quilt Exhibit, Oct. 15-Nov. 25, Old Courthouse Heritage Museum in Inverness

The Old Courthouse Heritage Museum has announced its first juried art quilt exhibit, to be unveiled on October, 15, 2020 and on view through November 25, at its location at One Courthouse Square in Inverness, Florida.

The exhibition is titled “Community,” and the museum is looking for entries statewide. Register today, and start working on your quilt tomorrow. The entry deadline is September 1, 2020. Cash prizes will be offered for the top three quilts: $200 For first place, $150 for second place, $100 for third place, and the Viewer’s Choice winner will receive $50.

All events and activities at the Old Courthouse Heritage Museum are conducted with Covid-19 safety as top priority, and guests are limited to 30 for social distancing, first come, first served. All guests are required to wear a mask while in the building. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided to you.
