Ashley Rose Coe, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Jonathan Andrew Boehm, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Robin Celine Johnson, 58, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, loitering or prowling at a time or in a manner not usual to a lawful citizen, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($6,000 bond).

Christopher Allen Hoy, 51, of Hudson, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Ashley Jerome Oliver Santiago, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release for an original domestic violence arrest (no bond).

Frank Anthony Taylor, 57, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for retail petit theft of more than $100 but less than $750, and resisting a law enforcement officer or merchant during or after a theft ($1,500 bond).

Ronald Eugene Aldridge, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Anterrio Laron Harvin, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, and one count of failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Gregory Norton Schoonmaker, 51, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond). 

Brad Jevor Ward, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Abraham E. Ellis, 59, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Joshua Jcario Williams, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc. ($5,000 bond).

Micheal Nathan Wright, 39, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Heather Lyn Pokerwinski, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000  bond).

Kendra Lee Smith, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($12,000 bond).

Dave Ward, 54, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100 but less than $750, and two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance ($5,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Matthew Thomas Boice, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine ($50,000 bond) as the result of a traffic stop in Inverness. The traffic stop was conducted after a deputy observed him backing a vehicle, a blue Mercedes, in reverse, from N. Leisure Pt. onto E. Turner Camp Rd., running through a stop sign at the intersection, then traveling south on E. Turner Camp Rd. When a K9 (dog) alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle, it was searched, and inside the glove box, deputies located two food storage-type baggies that contained a total of 48.2 grams of methamphetamine..

UPDATED:  Angelo Santino Camparetto, 18, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on a Citrus County, FL warrant, charged with shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling or conveyance, and attempted murder ($60,000 bond). Deputies went with the arrest warrant to a residence located in the 300 block of E. Hartford St. in Hernando, FL. According to the arrest report, while deputies announced themselves and knocked at the front door, Mr. Camparetto exited the residence from the rear door and began running toward the back of the property; however, when deputies took up chase and commanded Camparetto to stop running, he complied and laid down on the ground and was taken into custody. He was additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Rickey Louis Suarez, 18, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (unstated bond).

Cassandra Anne Sare, 34, of Citrus County, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond) and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($50 bond).

Kendra Lee Smith, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Linda Leigh Merritt, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence/impaired with damage to the property of another person ($1,000 bond) 

Tamera Michelle Wilson, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less (unstated bond). 

Mark Everard Butler, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence, and exposure of his sexual organs ($4,000 bond).

Edward Thomas Asbury, 52, of Lakeland, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control ($105 bond).

Tina Lee O'Neal, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Jennifer Lynn Uncapher, 50, of Lecanto, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of more than $100 but less than $750.

Terry Daniel Smith, 29, of Davie, FL, was charged with criminal mischief with damages of $200 or less ($500 bond).

Jarrell Dewayne Boyd, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a  Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of an injunction for protection to prevent child abuse and domestic violence, criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000, possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon or other unlawful device by a convicted felon; three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and burglary during which he became armed with an explosive or other dangerous weapon (no bond).

John Curtis Bellamy, 32, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and driving under the influence or impaired, third offense within ten years of a previous conviction ($3,000 bond).

Jacob Charles Thomas, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($500 bond).

Moises Angel Dejesus, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony trash dumping - dumping more than 500 pounds or for commercial purposes or of hazardous waste ($2,500 bond).

Sharon Rose Lanning, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of more than one valid Florida driver's license, and felony petit theft, due to two or more previous theft convictions ($2,500 bond).

Christopher Edward Pearson, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Haley Hope McCord, 18, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Kevin Jay Nauertz, 64, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving under the influence or impaired, and driving under the influence or impaired with damage to the property of another person ($2,000 bond).

Joshua Rodriguez Vazquez, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Christina Santina Luca, 57, of Inverness, FL was charged with burglary of an occupied residence, petit theft of less than $100, atempting to deprive an officer of means of communication, resisting an officer with violence, and two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer ($32,500 bond). According to the arrest report, Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived at an Inverness home - where Ms. Luca had been trespassed from on April 25, 2022 - due to the report by the resident that Ms. Luca had come onto the gated front porch, about 9:30 am, and stolen Christmas decorations valued at aproximately $5, which included large-bulb multi-colored lights, wreaths and plastic candy canes. A deputy reported seeing reflective blue and silver streamers lying in the middle of a trail that led to Ms. Luca's house, and finding the items the victim had reported stolen, lying on a table on Ms. Luca's rear porch. The report stated that a Department of Children and Families investigator and a witness were at Ms. Luca's residence, to make a well being check and to question the lack of food, water and power at the home. Two deputies arrived on scene to find Ms. Luca beconing increasingly hostile, as evidenced by her balling her fists, assuming a fighting stance, pacing on the porch and manipulating a pair of scissors. The report stated that Ms. Luca refused to cooperate with the deputies, resisted arrest, kicked a deputy's left thigh with her right foot, and she also made the comment, that if deputies wanted to arrest her, they would have to kill her. The report stated that she attempted to pull a deputy's radio microphone off his chest, and she bit another deputy, and one of the deputies had to use his stun weapon to take her into custody, yet she still resisted arrest, kicked the deputies and refused to walk, so the deputies had to carry her to the patrol vehicle.

Christopher Adrian Maldonado, 20, of Clearwater, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($1,026 bond).

Tiylar Edward Beal, 25, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($4,000 bond).

Kayla Christine Duby, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for
three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; three counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, three counts of owning or renting a residence, structure or conveyance for the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device ($123,000 bond).

Robert Cotney Mixon, 26, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence or impaired with damage to the property of another person ($1,000 bond). 

Jason Michael Kostman, 33, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond), failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond), trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property ($5,000 bond) and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($5,000 bond).

Richard Scott Hill, 61, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($1,000 bond).

David Michael Cole, 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Bobby Gene Metz, 54, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

Tia Denean Graves, 55, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

John Curtis Dillon, 47, of Port Richey, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Timothy Jon James, 68, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Brian Keith Hignite, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($500 bond) and two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond). 

Rodney Laverne Montag, 56, of Hernando, FL, was charged with two counts of felony possession of controlled substance ($4,000 bond) and violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Larry Joe Skidmore, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Chad Edward Spears, 38, of Hernando, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Tasha Tyann Robbin, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

UPDATED:  James David Tolbert, 52, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with burglary with battery ($25,000 bond). According to the victim and several witnesses, Mr. Tolbert was at the victim's home, on the front porch with four other people, when Tolbert told the victim that he needed to speak with him, and the victim told him "no" then went inside the home, and Tolbert folowed the vicitim inside the home, uninvited, and then allegedly grabbed the victim's neck and threw him the the floor, during which time, the victim was unable to breathe. One of the other people at the home removed Tolbert from the victim and Tolbert then left the residence. The deputy reported that there was redness and scratch marks to the victim's throat area. Tolbert was later arrested at his residence.

Shannon Melissa Spangler, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, with her bonds set at $2,000 and $2,500.

Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

Anthony Wayne Berndt, 48, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Eugene Turner, 39, of Reddick, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Dmitry William Growdon, 25, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Jose Euceda Meza, 26, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license ($1,000 bond).

Vincent Joseph Agrifolio, 42, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of more than $100 but less than $750.

Christopher Lee Brown, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond), criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000 ($1,000 bond) and trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Timothy Austin Landry, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with boating under the influence of alcohol, first offense ($500 bond).

UPDATED:  Two men were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, around 9:15 am, during a traffic stop of a white Nissan station wagon in the area of 2927 N. Forest Ridge Blvd., near W. Roosevelt Blvd. in Beverly Hills, FL, due to an inoperable passenger side head light. The driver, Damien Ramses Jeffrey Cook, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, and the passenger, Zachariah Joseph Cook, 19, of Inglis, FL, each told the deputy they were in possession of cannabis, and both handed the cannabis to the deputy. Driver Damien Cook was found to be in possession of approximately 1 gram of cannabis, while passenger Zachariah Cook was found to be in possession of approximately 3.8 grams of cannabis. Each was issued a notice to appear in court citation for possession of cannabis less than 20 grams. 

Jennie Lynn Ingram, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with refusing to submit to blood alcohol testing, incidental to a lawful arrest; and driving under the influence - second incident within not more than nine months time ($3,000 bond).

Susan Ann Bryan, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
