Kohler is accused of having sexual relations with an underage girl, March 20, within his vehicle that was parked near the Fanning Springs, Florida convenience store where he was employed as a clerk.

Davide Earl Peterson, 35, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 29, on two out of county warrants, one with a bond of $2,070 and the other with a cash only bond of $697.
Kimberly Dawn Schlievert, 53, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 29, charged with battery, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($22,000 bond).
UPDATED: Jason D. Shelton, 40, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 1, on a Levy County warrant for probation violation (no bond). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment (no bond). According to the arrest report, a deputy arrived in the area of Michigan Dr. and Karen St. in Inglis, due to the complaint of a suspicious person, who was located and identified as Mr. Shelton, who was then arrested on a Levy County warrant. Shelton was found to be in possession of two used syringes and 0.88 gram of methamphetamine.
