UPDATED: Joseph F. Spar, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), March 24, charged with trespassing, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($16,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that a short time before 7:20 pm, Mr. Spar was attempting to return merchandise to the Family Dollar store, located at 110 N. Inglis Ave. in Inglis, and for an unspecified reason, the clerk did not want to continue the transaction and contacted the LCSO, requestting that Mr. Spar be trespassed from the store. The report stated that a deputy asked Mr. Spar to exit the store, several times, before he complied, and he also reacted in an aggressive manner, speaking rather than listening, while the deputy attempted to explain to him about the trespass warning, and he also pulled away from two deputies while they were attempting to place him into handcuffs. The report stated that the deputies eventually took Mr. Spar to the ground, to take him into custody.
