Briauna Jade Amann, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, March 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Robert Barton, 28, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 14, charged with probation violation (no bond).

William Herman Bieze, 55, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 19, charged with driving under the influence or impaired, third violation within more than ten years ($2,500 bond).

Curtis Glenwood Carter, 39, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, March 8, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, March 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Robert Lee Carter, 54,  of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 14, on an out of county warrant ($2,500 bond).

Garrett Warren Clark, 23, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 16, charged with battery, and abuse of an elderly or disabled adult without great harm ($60,000 bond).

Christopher Harold Collins, 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

UPDATED:  Brian Cumming, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), March 20, as the result of a traffic crash that occurred on County Road 40 East, near Daisy St., in Inglis. The report stated that witnesses who reported the crash told LCSO Dispatch that the suspect, later determined to be Mr. Cumming, was possibly intoxicated and attempting to leave the area where the crash had occurred. A deputy enroute to the crash site, about 11:45 pm, noticed Mr. Cumming running on the sidewalk in a westerly direction, away from the traffic crash, about 100 feet west of where the crash had occurred. The deputy reported that Cumming was short of breath and had dirt on his clothing, and a Ford F350 pickup truck had crashed into a ditch on the roadside. Cumming told the deputy that the truck in the ditch was his "company work truck" and the accident was the result of him swerving to avoid striking a small animal that darted into the roadway. The report stated that Cumming exhibited signs of impairment and admitted he'd consumed three drinks, the last about twenty minutes before the crash, while at Our Pub, located at 253 Hwy. 40 West in Inglis, although he later said he'd consumed one beer at home, about 6:00 pm. The report stated that Cumming also made conflictng statements about the time of the crash, and he declined to submit to breath alcohol testing. He was charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($40,000 bond), driving under the influence or impaired ($10,000 bond), and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (unstated bond).

Terrence John Doty, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, charged with battery ($20,000 bond).

Robert Neal Duncan, 44, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for other agencies, on bonds of $100,000 and $1,000,000. He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).

Amanda Kay Edmonds, 36, of Old Town, FL, was arrrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, March 16, charged with violating a Level Two conservation order (release on her own recognizance bond) and violating shellfish laws ($1,000 bond).

David Keith Hall, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

Michael Kerklin, 35, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 14, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Cole Langston, 21, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 14, charged with committing a felony against a person that could cause death ($250,000 bond).

David Mattox, 63, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Scott Mead, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 15, on an out of county warrant ($75,000 bond).

Nicole Mummert, 30, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by Officer Buwalda with an unspecified agency, March 18, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Kirkland Neal, 50, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 15, to be held for court at the Levy County Detention Bureau (no bond).

Celso Cabrera Ortiz, 42, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 20, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).

Amber Faith Peterson, 33, of Inglis, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 19, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). She was also arrested on three out of county warrants (bonds $928, $928 and $720).

Tanjela Chalinda Pitts, 38, of Orange City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 16, on an out of county warrant ($27,500 bond). She was also charged with possession of cocaine ($30,000 bond), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000 bond), and smuggling contraband into a detention  facility ($50,000 bond).

Christopher Lonnie Ray Roush, 43, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 19, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Joe Louis Salgado Rosado, 48, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 17, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Colton Silcox, 29, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 16, charged with failing to register/operating a motor vehicle (release on his own recognizance bond) and driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($5,000 bond).

Joseph Tomaszewski, 30, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 15, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of drug equipment ($2,000 bond).

Anthony William Tracy, 36, of Gibson, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, March 18, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($20,000 bond).

Jesse Colton Walker, 32, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, March 16, charged with violating saltwater products license regulations ($5,000 bond), violating a Level Two conservation rule ($5,000 bond), and violating shellfish laws ($5,000 bond).

Tiffany White, 50, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 18, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
