Rodney Tyrone Adams, 49, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 10, charged with battery (release on his recognizance bond).
Russell Perry Adkins, 23, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 9, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a misdemeanor proceeding ($45,000 bond).
Daniel Luke Arrington, 44, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 10, charged with domestic battery by strangulation ($150,000 bond).
UPDATED: Jeann Carlos Bosa, 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 9, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release on a domestic violence charge, battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($175,000 bond). Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 6000 block of NE 106th St. in Bronson and arrived to find four people involved in an argument and scuffle on the front porch. The arrest report stated that two separate couples were involved in the dispute, and when a deputy attempted to question the people involved in the altercation, the fight continued, so the deputy called for backup and unholstered his taser (electronic stun weapon), and the two couples stopped fighting. One couple went inside the residence, as directed by the deputy, so he could speak with Mr. Bosa, who was determined to be the aggressor in the argument, and also the boyfriend of one of the two women involved in the incident. Bosa had been charged with battering his girlfriend, and he'd been issued a court order to have no contact with her. The report stated that Bosa resisted the deputy when he attempted to take him into custody, that he kicked the inside of the patrol vehicle and bit a deputy on his shoulder when he attempted to secure Mr. Bosa's seatbelt.
UPDATED: Dustin Aloysius Brooke, 38, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 13, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment (no bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop of a gray Ford Expedition due to the vehicle having an expired tag in the 6600 vlock of State Road 24 in Cedar Key. The driver of the vehicle was a woman. She carried five passengers, Mr. Brooke and four children. The driver told the deputy that she had "weed" (marijuana) concealed within her bra, and handed the deputy a clear plastic bag that contained a green, leafy substance. The deputy's K9 partner alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle, and a search revealed items within the driver's side door panel that included a clear plastic bag that contained 0.5 gram of methamphetamine, and a silver cylinder and a white bottle that both contained a small amount of a green leafy substance. The driver told the deputy that the items did not belong to her, that they belonged to Mr. Brooke who had been sitting in the driver's seat until just before the traffic stop, when they'd exchanged seats.
Christian Cannon, 33, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 2, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, March 8, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($50,000 bond).
Jessica Ann Carver, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 7, charged with battery of an officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician (etc.), and resisting an officer without violence ($100,000 bond).
Casey Shannon Cheramie, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 12, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle, operating a motorcycle vehicle without a license, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($2,200 bond).
Marc Cole, 42, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 10, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, trafficking in 14 grams or more of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($131,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (release on his own recognizance bond).

UPDATED: Jessica Renee Maldonado, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), March 13, charged with leaving the scene of a traffic crash with property damage, displaying a suspended driver's license, and driving while license knowingly suspended (no bond). The arrest report stated that a hit and run crash had occurred at 4 U.S. Highway 19 in Inglis (Circle K gas station) on Feb. 12, 2022, and the tag number and description of a 2000 Ford F150 pickup truck had been reported to the LCSO as the hit and run vehicle, and Maldonado is the owner of the vehicle. The report stated, that an hour after the crash, a LCSO deputy located the reported hit and run truck, parked in the parking lot of Our Pub, located at 253 Highway 40 West in Inglis, and located Maldonado inside the lounge, drinking alcoholic beverages, intoxicated, and she denied she'd been involved in the hit and run crash. The report stated that Maldonado showed the deputy her suspended driver's license, and claimed she'd not been driving the truck because her driver's license had been suspended. The report stated that Maldonado's driver's license had been suspended on Dec. 21, 2021 for failing to pay two traffic citations.
