Justin Anthony Noble, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for trafficking in stolen property, and grand theft of $5,000 or more but less than $10,000 ($7,000 bond).

Cody Allen Claytor, 28, of Hernando, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Chase Grey Watson, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence/impaired ($1,000 bond).

Allan Thomas Whitaker, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($2,000 bond).

Clayton Harley Strickland, 31, of Floral City, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Elizabeth Rose Perretta, 18, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Jeffrey Leo Reardon, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense (bond amount unstated).

Tobie Nicole Parham, 26, of Hernando, FL, was arrrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Anthony Dustin Dolberry, 40, of St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Clyde Jacob Morrison, 33, of Interlachen, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($755 bond).

Jennifer Lee Flanary, 45, of Weekie Wachee, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Bryne Lee Sering, 65, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Shane Harrison Cohen, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated child abuse (no bond). According to his arrest report, when Cohen dropped off a child at a local daycare facility, an employee noticed that Cohen behaved in a strange manner, and he told the daycare employee that the child had injuries to his chest, that appeared to the employee to be minor scratches and red marks. However, within a short periof of time, the report stated, bruising appeared to the child's face, torso and buttocks, and daycare employees contacted the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) with this information. As a result of the extensive bruising noted to the child's body, the report stated, the child was transported to Jessie's Place, the Citrus County Child Advocacy Center, for an emergency medical examination by the agency's Child Protection Team (CPT), and the bruises were determined to be consistent with abuse. Two detectives interviewed Cohen, who, according to the arrest report, "Admitted to the abuse and indicated he had observed the inflicted injuries prior to dropping the victim at daycare." 

Katina Renea Parker, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violating a misdemeanor injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Wednesday, February 23, 2022 

Kenneth Elliott Craner, 56, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and uttering and publishing a forged instrument with intent to injure or defraud ($5,000 bond).

Christian Nicholas Beeman, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, with his bond set at $2,000 on one count, and none on the other count.

Erica Lynn Casdia, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge ($5,000 bond).

Barbara Jean Wise, 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Dana Ray Doss, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with three counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, and tampering with evidence ($13,000 bond).

Nico Mateo Nogueras, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on an out of county juvenile pickup order. 

Karen Lynn Cronin, 58, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond), and illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Brandy Nicole Maulden, 43, of Morristown (state not specified), was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Anastassios Poukamisas, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony scheme to defraud in the amount of $20,000 to $50,000 ($5,000 bond).

Lloyd Christopher Bush, 39, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, and two counts of giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($15,000 bond).

David Allen Fillyaw, 60, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, grand theft of $10,000 or more but less than $20,000, and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($9,000 bond).

Breianna Lee Hodges, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Randy Lee Ooton, 49, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($500 bond).

James Frank Hadsell, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

Thursday, February 24, 2022 

Katie Faye Steele, 30, of Cedar Key, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

John Joseph Dore, 66, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).

Kristopher Lee Candelaria Sellers, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($5,000 bond).

UPDATED: Dany Daniel Gonzalez Betancourt, 28, of Tampa, FL, was charged with four counts of felony animal cruelty ($8,000 bond). The arrest report stated that animal control officers had visited Betancourt's home on Jan. 12, 2022, and officers returned to his home, Feb. 24, to see if any improvements had been to the medical conditions of his four dogs (a male named Gringo and females named Kyra, Mia and Sophia). The report stated that Gringo was, once again, tethered illegally, and had a laceration to his back that had increased in size; Kyra's rectum was protruding, about two inches, from her anus (Betancourt told officers that he'd texted a photo to his veterinarian in Tampa, and he'd been unable to get an appointment until Jan. 17, 2022, but he was unable to provide docummentation of this); and Mia and Sophia, both had a bilateral (to both the right and left eyes) eye condition called 'cherry eye,' a prolapsed third eyelid gland. The four dogs were seized so they could obtain medical care at the Citrus County Animal shelter. The arrest report documented notes made by Dr. Mielo, at the animal shelter, which stated that Gringo had significant skin inflammation, a flea infestation, a secondary deep skin infection and a wound to his right hip; Kyra had rectal prolapse, caused by chronic severe untreated gastrointestinal infections, and was underweight, infested with fleas, and also had a severe upper respiratory infection caused by mycoplasma cynos and Bordetella bronchiseptica, which comes from unclean living conditions, along with several other health conditions that needed medical treatment; Sophia had cherry eye, which can cause blindness, along with a flea infestation, intestinal hookworms, roundworms, and several other health conditions; and Mia also had cherry eye, along with keratoconjunctivitis sicca (dry eyes), bilateral chemosis (swelling of the conjunctiva and tissue surrounding the eyes), brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome, and a flea infestation.

Jeffery James Wagner, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Camelo Velez, 33, of Floral City, FL, was charged with giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($5,000 bond).

Brandell T. Gates, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,000 bond).

Matthew Joseph Clarkson, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for felony violation of probation or community control (no bond).

Dylan James Herrin, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

Jesse William Hooper, 28, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Tobie Nicole Parham, 26, of Hernando, FL, was arrrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Mark Anthony Hale, 63, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with misdemeanor battery ($1,000 bond).

UPDATED: A 21 year-old man from Inverness, FL was charged with two counts of aggravated battery (no bond). The arrest report stated, according to two victims, that the man had attempted to harm himself by cutting his neck with a knife, and the victims attempted to stop him by attempting to take the knife, and during the struggle, he took them to the ground. During the struggle, both victims were cut with the knife, with injuries to their hands, the report stated

William Zachariah Dicks, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction; resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated ($5,000 bond).

UPDATED: William James Blankenberg, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,000 bond). An arrest report stated that deputies were summoned to Bravera Health Emergency Room Citrus Hills, located at 907 W. Norvell Bryant Hwy. in Hernando, FL, due to a patient being combative toward staff members, and when two deputies attempted to explain to him that he needed to stop eating so that staff members could remove his IV so he could be discharged home, he became combative toward them, kicking one in the chest and grabbing both their arms.

Cotee Lynn Gayheart, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Friday, February 25, 2022 

Billy Lee Tedder, 61, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($3,000 bond).

Matthew Charles Freeman, 52, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Dennis Edward Malone, 69, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant as a fugitive from justice (no bond).

Jacob Michael Penn, 24, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond).

Ryan Damian Territo, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Joseph Anthony Castellano, 34, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

James Ray Forrest, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Deonte Isaiah Wall-Knight, 20, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750.

Jacob David Hirsch, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Anthony Edward Arnold, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control ($155 bond), and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Gary Martin May, 62, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage, and driving under the influence, third offense ($5,500 bond).

Jevon Ryner Jamison, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with misdemeanor assault of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc. ($1,000 bond).

Nathan Nieme Arzberger, 23, of Sarasota, FL, was charged with misdemeanor battery ($1,000 bond).

Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Hernando, FL, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief - $200 or less ($500 bond).

UPDATED: Thomas George Botchie, 62, of Inverness, FL, was charged with child abuse ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the mother of a boy under the age of 18 contacted deputies with information that Mr. Botchie had struck her son's face, three or four times, after Mr. Botchie had allegely cursed him, and the boy had left the room to inform his mother of what had happened. The boy told deputies that Mr. Botchie had used an open hand to strike him. The report stated that the boy had redness to his cheek bone area and slight bruising under his left eye, and that Mr. Botchie was located at a nearby gas station and willingly walked to the home to be questioned by deputies.
