CCSO search warrant in Homosassa results in 4 arrests and seizure of 482.6 grams of meth and other narcotics

Homosassa, Floida -  On February 17, 2022, the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, assisted by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office SWAT team, executed a search warrant at 6330 W. Carter Rd. in Homosassa, which resulted in the arrrest of four Homosassa residents.

Detectives with the CCSO's Tactical Impact Unit (TIU) worked with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to gather evidence that led to the issuance and execution of this narcotics search warrant.

Upon arrival at the W. Carter Rd. residence, deputies discovered six people inside the home and poceeded with the search after the residence and people on scene were secured. During the search, detectives located narcotics, which included diazepam, Oxycodone, alprazolam, LSD, and a trafficking amount of methamphetamine (482.6 grams).

ARRESTS:

Melissa Ann Parker, 41, who has four pevious felony convictions, was charged with four counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($78,000 bond).
        
Holly Christine Beams, 30, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
        
Danny Lee Green, 38, who has three previous felony convictions, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance  ($2,000 bond).
        
Anthony Fusco, 53, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for trafficking in methamphetamine ($25,000 bond).

"I'd like to thank Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis and his team, along with our federal partners for assisting us with the successful execution of this narcotics search warrant," said Citrus County Sheriff Mike Prendergast. "Our united front in the fight against illegal narcotics serves as a reminder to those dealing drugs in our communities, that we will find you, and when we do, you'll be in cuffs."
