Charles Leslie Aikens, 57, of Bristol, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, charged with misuse of the 911 or E911 system ($20,000 bond).

Larry James Calhoun, 38, of Newberry, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 10, on an our of county warrant (no bond).

Felix Carrillo, 38, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 6, charged with driving while licene suspended - a repeat offense, and possession of cocaine ($26,000 bond).

James Michael Eboli, 60, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 12, charged with contempt of court due to violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($25,000 bond).

Ryan Earl Feher, 43, of Williaton, FL was arrested in court, charged with possession of a weapon of ammunition by a convicted Florida felon (no bond).

Stephanie Fine, 43, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Feb. 11, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($2,000 bond).

Tanner Jay Fitzherbert, 23, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 10, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Richard Brian Gibson, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Feb. 7, charged with driving under the influence with property damage ($10,000 bond).

Jordan M. Glisan, 20, of Holiday, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Feb. 13, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (no bond).

Dustin Lee Hamilton, 41, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 13, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Richard Clay Huber, 38, of Citra, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 8, charged with possession of a weapon or ammuniion by a convicted Florida felon, and fraud by impersonating another person or providing false identification to a law enforcement officer ($110,000 bond).

Virgil Case Hughes, 36, of Bronson, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Kayla M. Johnson, 27, of Chiefland, FL, was arrrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 11, charged with battery.

Randy Nick Jordan, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 10, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

Alexander B. Keen, 27, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Feb. 9, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($100,000 bond).

UPDATE - CHIEFLAND SHOOTING: 
        Jeffery Madden, 41, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 9, charged with attempted felony murder and aggravated battery with a firearm ($1,500,000 bond).
        On February 9, 2022, about 5:00 pm, deputies with the Levy County Sheriff's Office responded to a location near the intersection of NW 137 Court and CR 320, east of US 19, in Chiefland, FL, due to the report of a shooting. 
        Detectives learned that a 911 call had been placed by a woman who lives in the Manatee Farms subdivision, west of US 19, off CR 320, also in Chiefland. The woman reported that a man, whom she did not know - who was later identified as 65 years-old and from Atlantic Beach, FL - was in her yard. The man allegedly commented to the woman that he was sexually attracted to her, and he'd been following her for thirty years. The man then got into his vehicle and left the area, and the woman got into her vehicle and followed him. While driving behind the man, the woman called a relative, who in turn contacted Mr. Madden (her brother). Madden located his sister, who was still following the suspicious man, and attempted to force the man off the road and then rammed his truck into the man's vehicle, causing him to crash into a utility pole. Two witnesses stated that Madden exited his truck, armed with a handgun, and opened fire on the man, who was transported by ambulance for medical care with a non life-threatening gunshot wound to his head.

Brodee Swayne McGalliard, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Keith Michael McGuire, 18, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 13, charged with carrying a concealed weapon or firearm, using or displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, distributing marijuana - first offense, and possession of drug equipment ($47,000 bond).

Bryan Cordae Moring, 36, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, on an out of county warrant ($595 cash only bond).

Javier Nelson, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

UPDATED: Talea Paulette Norris, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 6, charged with child neglect child without great bodily harm ($100,000 bond). The report stated that deputies arrived at a NE 69th Place, Bronson residence due to the report that Ms. Norris and one of her brothers had killed the homeowner, and that Ms. Norris was hiding a 0.38 special handgun inside the residence, with three juveniles inside it. No further mention was made of a body or handgun being inside the residence, but deputies documented deplorable living conditions inside the home where the three juveniles had been living for the past month, which included feces and urine over the entire house from dogs and rats, rat poison within reach of the children, dirty surfaces over the entire home, mold, very little food, and a non-functional toilet. The children's father took the children from the home, and the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) was contacted about the children's living conditions.

Jesus Padilla-Olvera, 25, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Feb. 12, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($1,500 bond).

Jeffery Lee Partain, 40, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Jan. 29, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Feb. 7, charged with petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300, and resisting arrest or the recovery of property during the commission of a crime ($4,000 bond).

Joseph Colin Roush, 33, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 10, charged with loitering or prowling ($20,000 bond).

UPDATED: Bonnie Szmada, 56, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 10, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($25,000 bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to a 203rd Place, Inglis residence, due to the report of a trespass. Deputies arrived to find a man and a woman involved in an argument, and Ms. Szmada, who was intoxicated, irate. The report stated that Ms. Szmada kept interfering with the deputy's investigation, that she kept approaching the deputy yelling, and when the deputy attempted to place her into handcuffs, she tensed up, that she refused to give the deputy her name, and she reached into her pockets and informed the deputy that she had a handgun. One of  the people at the residence idenified Ms. Szmada for the deputy, who verified the information by way of the Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID).

Katie Lavere Worley, 46, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Feb. 5, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Feb. 8, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency ($32,000 bond).
