Jennifer Rebbeca Cheatham, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond), possession of drug paraphernalia (unsntated bond), and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction (unstated bond).

Roy Lee Carpenter, 69, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Michael Edward Mehringer, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Andrew Ian Rose, 21, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Stephanie Anne Amigliore, 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Dakota Nicholas Boggs, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Kasandra Ann Stephenson, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

UPDATED: Shannon Ray Vick, 45, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, and lewd or lascivious molestation of a person between the ages of 12 and 16 (no bond). Mr. Vick is accused by the victim of inappropriately touching him/her in a sexual manner and smoking marijuana with him/her. A witness corroborated that Mr. Vick and the victim smoked marijuana on a regular basis, but denied that he/she had seen inappropriate activity, although the witness stated that Vick watches television with the victim in the victim's room with the door closed. Mr. Vick refused to discuss the allegations, the report stated.

Nikolas Malachi Jordan, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an out of jurisdiction warrant (no bond).

Scott Michael Green, 32, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Wayne Alan Hormell, 45, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Hubert Maynard Wilson, 59, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charage ($2,000 bond).

Bailey Marie Worrall, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Matthew Henry Long, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, petit theft of less than $100, and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($10,500 bond).

Joey Eugene Guinn, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

UPDATED: At 11:53 am, Matthew Demontae Decarlo Williams, 24, and Kameron Tyrell Shellman, 29, both of Tampa, FL, were arrested by he Citrus County Sheriff's Office, accused of shoplifting. The arrest reports stated that the two men were first seen at the Inverness, FL Walmart store, picking up a gray plastic bin, walking around the store placing merchandise into the bin, and then leaving the store by way of the Garden Center, without paying for the items, then driving away in a vehicle. The reports stated that the two men then went to the Lecanto, FL Walmart store, and as they exited the store with a shopping cart full of items, they were confronted by a deputy, but instead of stopping, they entered a vehicle and took off, traveling at 80 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, several times driving off the road and overtaking several vehicles in an unsafe manner, before crashing into a blue Kia Soul. After the collision, the report stated, Mr Williams, the driver, continued driving, but eventually stopped, and the two men then fled on foot until deputies caught up with them and took them into custody. The merchandise was recovered and totaled $1,126.50. The report stated that Williams' driver's license has been suspended since July 11, 2018. Williams was charged with two counts of retail theft of $750 or more, driving while license knowingly suspended, resisting an officer without violence, two counts of conspiring with another person to commit an offense prohibited by law, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit, and resisting an officer without violence ($20,000 bond). Shellman was charged with two counts of retail theft of $750 or more, two counts of resisting an officer without violence, and two counts of conspiring with another person to commit an offense prohibited by law ($9,000 bond).
 
Teresa Selina Lafontaine, 59, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

UPDATED: Shelby Megan McCracken, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, driving while license knowingly suspended, and resisting an officer without violence ($4,000 bond). The arrest was made as the result of a traffic stop conducted on a black four-door Kia sedan, traveling west on W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (SR 44) in Crystal River at 65 mph in a 45 mph speed zone during adverse weather conditions, changing lanes erratically, and failing to maintain a single lane, according to the arrest report, which also stated that she carried a four year-old passenger who was not properly restrained, her driver's license had been suspended on Oct. 25, 2021, and she had a previous license suspension on Nov. 13, 2014. The report also stated that she had an active warrant for her arrest from Marion County, FL for grand theft, and when she was informed of this, she began walking from the deputy, stating she was not going to jail.

Russell Robert Kiernan, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence ($5,000 bond), battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical service provider or public transit employee, etc. ($5,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Jeffery Thomas Doran, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Janette Jalon Irizarry, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Daniel Arthur Redman, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling or conveyance, burglary with battery, premeditated murder, and kidnapping with intent to commit a felony (no bond). On Jan. 14, 2022, just five days after Daniel Redmon had been released from prison, a shooting was reported at an E. Dawson Dr., Inverness residence, where he's accused of attempting to break into a home, and also shooting his 19 year-old brother, Brendan Ray Redman, 19, who was transported to a Marion County hospital and was later pronounded deceased. Deputies tracked Daniel Redman to a nearby travel trailer where he'd taken a woman hostage. After Redman released the hostage, he was shot with a single bullet by a deputy, when he reached behind his back, toward his waistband, when ordered to show his hands. Daniel Redmon was transprted to an area hospital and was later arrested at The Reception and Medical Center (RMC) a secure medical facility and state prison in Lake Butler, Florida.

UPDATED: Renee Lynn Daigle, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with child neglect with bodily harm, resisting an officer without violence, and two counts of trespassing ($8,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy observed Ms. Daigle walking, holding a child under the age of two, at the Crystal Square Plaze, located at 579 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, alhough she'd been trespassed from the location and the adjacent wooded lot, two days previously on Feb. 9. The report stated that Ms. Daigle refused to leave the area and began walking toward the wooded lot, and that she pulled away from the deputy, several times, when he grabbed her arm to stop her from walking to the wooded lot. Emergency medical services was contacted to check the child's condition because the child had a severe burn near her left wrist, the report stated, along wih insect bites covering her body and an ear infection to both ears.

Ryland Dane Kramer Wagoner, 24, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery ($6,000 bond).

Andrew William Brinn, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Nicole Joy Harrison, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($3,000 bond).

Chasity Cheyann Pressley, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

UPDATED: George Edward Smith, III, 33, of Inglis, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000; possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, llegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($35,000 bond). A Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputy was dispached to Aurora Acres Mobile Home Park in Inglis, due to the report on an unconscious man (later identified as Mr. Smih), lying across the front seat of a pickup truck, parked in the driveway of a home, with a four year-old child, in distress, in the back seat. A bystander reported that ze had been unable to awaken Mr. Smith. The deputy arrived on scene, found the situation as reported, and awakened Mr. Smith, who told the deputy that he'd gotten into an argument wih his girlfriend, so he and the child had spent the night inside the truck. Due to the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and a digital scale visable on the vehicle's dashboard, the deputy questioned Mr. Smith about his observations. The report stated that Smith produced a 23.6 gram bag of marijuana, and told the deputy that he had a glass smokling pipe inside the truck. A search of the truck turned up 3 undischarged shotgun shells, a 0.22 caliber bullet, and an electronic stun gun, although Smith had been convicted of a felony on Dec. 12, 2017, accordng to the report. The deputy also found 11 Department of Transportation (DOT) street signs, which included hazard signs, a left turn sign, a street name sign, and a wildlife sign, all attached to poles, with DOT stickers attached to the back of the signs.
