Robert Edward Van Winkle, 51, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Todd Anthony Harrison, 44, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with lewd or lascivious molestation of a person between the ages of 12 and 16 ($10,000 bond).

FATAL CRASH AND ARREST: David Michael Kahler, 38, of Hernando, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence manslaughter, driving under the influence with serious bodily injury, driving under the influence with property damage, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($51,000 bond). According to the arrest report, at 10:40 pm, Mr. Kahler was operating a Ford F250 truck, traveling south on State Road 200, slightly north of County Road 491 in Citrus County, FL, when his truck crossed the center line, and the front of his truck collided with the front of a sedan that was traveling north on State Road 200, which resulted in the death of the driver of that vehicle, a 33 year-old woman from Ocala, FL who carried no passengers. The report stated that the Ford F250 truck then rotated counterclockwise and into the path of a third vehicle, a sports utility vehicle (SUV), that was traveling north on State Road 200, behind the sedan, which resulted in the front of the SUV colliding with the right front of the Ford F250 truck. The 28 year-old female driver of the SUV suffered serious injuries, and her 3 year-old female passenger suffered minor injuries; both are from Ocala, FL. The report stated that Kahler showed signs of impairment, but refused to submit to his blood being drawn for testing, but he submitted to roadside sobriety testing and performed poorly, and he also submitted to breath alcohol testing. The Honorable Judge Ric Howard granted a warrant ordering a forcible blood draw for testing that was obtained for Mr. Kahler, who was found to be in possession of cannabis and a smoking pipe.

Mr. Lipski is accused of pouring water from a water bottle on a teacher's head at a Jan. 21 boy's varsity basketball game at Lecanto High School when the teacher allegedly advised him, as he was leaving the gym, that he would not be allowed to re-enter the gym if he left.

Logan Alan Foster, 23, of Hernando, FL, was charged with retail petit theft, second offense ($1,000 bond).

At 3:02 am, Dawn Ellise Wilds, 51, of Faribault, MN, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), two counts of petit theft of less than $100 ($1,000 bond), two counts of principal to the first degree in a felony (unstated bond), possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($1,000 bond), possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond), and two counts of burglary of an unocupied structure ($10,000 bond).

At 3:02 am, Andrew Allen Anderson, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond), resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond), operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement ($1,000 bond), two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($20,000 bond), carrying, displaying or attempting to use a concealed weapon while committing a felony ($15,000 bond), two counts of petit theft of less than $100 ($1,000 bond), one count of petit theft of less than $100 (unstated bond), trafficking in methamphetamine ($50,000 bond), illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond), two counts of burglary of an unoccupied structure ($10,000 bond), and one count of burglary of an unoccupied structure (unstated bond).

Manuel Alfonzo Villalbazo, 22, of Ocala, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,500 bond), possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manfacture or distribute ($50,000 bond), allowing an unauthorized operator to drive a vehicle ($2,500 bond), aggravated child abuse ($20,000 bond), and selling, giving or serving alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 21 ($2,500 bond). Mr. Villalbazo is accused of allowing a 16 year-old male from Ocala, FL to drive a vehicle that was involved in a traffic crash that resulted in the death of an 18 year-old Inverness woman, a short time later, at a hospital. The crash occurred in Inverness, FL on U.S. Hwy. 41 (S. Florida Ave.) slightly south of S. Airport Rd. at 1:46 am. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the 16 year-old boy was driving a sport utility vehicle (SUV), traveling south, and struck the Inverness' woman's sedan head-on (she carried one passenger, an 18 year-old male from Inverness, who received serious injuries), and debris from the collision struck another vehicle occupied by two people (the driver, a 35 year-old woman and a 14 year-old boy, both from Crystal River, FL; both received minor injuries). According to the FHP, Mr. Villalbazo received minor injuries, and the teenager driving his vehicle, who was not wearing a seatbelt, received serious injuries; all the other passengers were wearing a seatbelt.
