Carrie Ann Auger, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Kayley Amber Jackson, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($513 bond).
Charles Steven Lettieri, 25, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Benita Lynn Whitehill, 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Destiny Nichole Beasley, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).
Todd Robert Patterson, 42, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).
Corey Alexander Bradshaw, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage ($1,000 bond).
Launcelot William Wheeler, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, resisting an officer with violence, scheme to defraud less than $20,000, petit theft of less than $100, aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer, battery of a law enforcement officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). Mr. Wheeler's arrest report stated that a deputy was contacted by a loss preventon officer at the Inverness, FL Walmart store that a deputy was actively fighting with a retail theft suspect. The deputy went to the store, and after reviewing video surveillance and interviewing witnesses, documented the incident. According to the report, on Jan. 9, 16 and 18, 2022, Mr. Wheeler had made fraudulent returns of merchandise at the store; he had returned and was currently inside the store. The loss prevention officer and a deputy made contact with Mr. Wheeler at the front entrance, and when the deputy asked Mr. Wheeler to enter the loss prevention office, he attempted to flee from the deputy, and the deputy gained control of Wheeler, but due to the large backpack he was wearing, the deputy wsa unable to place him into handcuffs. The report stated that video surveillance showed Wheeler pushing himself away from the deputy and running toward the exit doors, and the deputy grabbing him, Mr. Wheeler punching the deputy's face and neck area with his closed right fist, the two wrestling, and Wheeler pushing the deputy, which caused him to fall backward, striking his head on a concrete pillar, as Wheeler took off running outside, with the store officer and a deputy chasing him. A deputy arrived on scene and called for backup units, and deputies formed a perimeter around the building. Wheeler ran off into a neighborhood and was located by deputies, attempting to conceal himself behind a trailer on N. West Ave. While he was being taken into custody by another deputy, the report stated, Wheeler wrapped his left leg around the deputy's right leg and kicked backward, causing the deputy to lose his footing. The deputy then applied pressure behind Wheeler's ear with his left thumb, to take him into custody. A search of Wheeler's person turned up a shortened straw (commonly used for inhaling narcotics) that tested positive for fentanyl. The report stated that an ambulance was summoned for the deputy whose head had struck the concrete pillar, due to him exhibiting signs of potential head trauma: he was disoriented, staring off into the distance, having difficulty speaking, slurring his words and vomiting. On Jan. 9, Wheeler is accused of entering the store with no merchandise, obtaining a pair of gloves from the men's apparel section and taking the gloves to the customer service deak to obtain a Walmart gift card refund in the amount of $26.46, with no receipt. On Jan. 16, Wheeler is accused of going to the sporting goods section of the store and obtaining a weight set and a sweatshirt from the men's apparel section, then returning the weight set for a $89.04 gift card refund and exiting the store with the sweatshirt, valued at $24.88, that he did not pay for. On Jan 18, Wheeler is accused of removing two sets of gloves from a store shelf and and taking them to the customer service department for a $52.92 gift card refund.

Johnnie Russell Arnett, 38, of Inglis, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond), domestic battery by strangulation (no bond) and false imprisonment ($5,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to the Circle K gas station, located at 400 S. Suncoast Blvd. (at the intersection of W. Ozello Trail) in Crystal River, due to a complaint of a physical disturbance. The victim, who had several contusions to her head and face and redness and swelling around her head, according to the report, told a deputy that she was in the tent she shares with Arnett, and awakened to find him on top of her, with his hands to her throat, restricting her breathing. She said he let go of her neck and punched her face and head and head-butted her head with his, and she attempted to crawl out of the tent, but he dragged her back inside the tent and continued punching her, allegedly stating, "This time I'm not gonna let you go (expletive)." She said she was able to break free, and she ran to the Circle K gas station for help. The report stated that Mr. Arnett told the deputy that the victim was intoxicated, and she must have fallen and injured herself, and he then claimed the victim had punched him, then stated she had not punched him, according to the arrest report.
