UPDATED Theresa Jo Peterson, 58, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 17, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment ($51,000 bond). According to the arrest report, around 3:45 am, a deputy observed a gray four-door Buick sedan traveling east on County Road 40 East, nearing Daisy St., that had a broken tail light, and a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle During the traffic stop, the driver, Ms. Peterson, was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe and a syringe that contained a liquid that tested positive for methamphetamine.
