Vincent James Mugnolo, 23, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond) and trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property ($5,000 bond).
Devyn Jiore Johnson McCray, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).
UPDATED: Heather Renee Cruz, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, burglary with battery, three counts of battery of a person age 65 or older, exposure of sexual organs, and battery of a law enforcement officer ($47,000 bond). Deputies arrived at a Dunnellon residence, about 4:39 pm, to find Ms. Cruz sitting on the front porch, completely naked. The report stated that Ms. Cruz drove to the residence and entered it by way of a side garage door, and when she arrived inside the home, she removed her clothing, began hugging and grabbing the homeowner, who told her to stop, and she then sat on the lap of another person who told her to get up, and she allegedlly retorted, "You like it." The report stated that another resident escorted Ms. Cruz to the front door, and she allegedly grabbed his genital area and made sexual remarks. A deputy who arrived on scene instructed Ms. Cruz to put on a shirt, and she attempted to pull away from him while he handcuffed her, and when another deputy seated her inside his patrol vehicle, she kicked the deputy's chest area, according to the report.
UPDATED: April Marie Hyden, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($10,500 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim and a witness arrived at the victim's Lecanto home to find Ms. Hyden walking out of the garage (it had been left open) pushing a wheelchair that contained items that belonged to the victim, and when the victim confronted Ms. Hyden, she told him that she owns the property and her father used to own it. The report stated that Ms. Hyden walked away with the items, and when the victim attempted to grab his property, Ms. Hyden grabbed the victim's walking stick and began swinging it at him, attempting to hit him, and she then grabbed a red cooler and an electronic tablet in a dark blue case and continued walking off the property with the items, which included the cooler, the tablet, a jump box, Christmas ornaments, food, beverages, and the walking stick; the items had a combined estimated value of $400. The report stated that the wooden lattice to the porch was broken (the damage was estimated at $40), and it apeared that someone had crawled under the porch. Ms. Hyden was located at the end of S. Csst Pt. in Lecanto and was taken into custody. The report stated that she was uncooperative.

Justin Ryan Gaskins, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with two counts of violation of an injunction by refusing to vacate a dwelling both parties share (no bond) and resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
Calvin Curtis Johnson, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Lewis Everette Randolph, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($10,000 bond) and violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).
UPDATED: Triston Lewis West, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($5,500 bond). According to the arrest report, the homeowner of a Beverly Hills residence was on vacation, and a friend of the homeowner arrived at the home to find three people inside it: Mr. West, another man who ran outside when the homeowner's friend arrived, and a female. The homeowner's friend contacted the Citrus County Sheriff's Office. The report stated that the house had been trashed, and the homeowner's friend estimated that it would take approximately $200 to have the house professionally cleaned. Due to the homeowner not being home, it was not determined at the time of Mr. West's arrest if anything had been taken.

UPDATED: Nancie Margaret Young, 68, of Inglis, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage, leaving the scene of a crash with non-serious injuries, and resisting an officer without violence,($4,000 bond). She's accused of crashing a Buick Century sedan into the rear of a Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) patrol vehicle while both vehicles were traveling north on U.S. Hwy. 19 at W. Venable St. in Crystal River, FL, and then crashing into the patrol vehicle a second time after the deputy moved the vehicle into the center median. The report stated she continued driving north on U. S. Hwy. 19, and while she was stopped at a traffic signal at the intersection of US 19 and SR 44, two deputies pulled her from the vehicle and detained her in the nearby parking lot of the Walgreens pharmacy, around 3:41 pm. The report stated that she smelled of alcohol and exhibited symptoms of intoxication, and admitted she'd consumed two shots of vodka with orange juice. She submitted to roadside sobriety testing, but stopped during the first exercise, complaining that the test was "stupid," according to the report. She twice attempted to provide a breath sample for alcohol testing, but was unable to due to lung problems, she told the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) trooper. The report also stated that Ms. Young pulled away from the trooper when he attempted to place her into handcuffs, and the CCSO deputy involved in the traffic crash complained of neck pain and was transported to Bayfront Health ER Citrus Hills.
