Eric John Agre, 46, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

James Anthony Baldenegro, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Kenda Elizabeth Bell-Auman, 24, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 19, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Shelby Lynn Castro-Cabrra, 27, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Nov. 14, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Michael John Caulking, 58, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 19, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Charles Douglas Condon, 28, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, and held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond). He was also charged with probation violation ($409.50 cash only bond).

Candice Lea Douglas, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 20, charged with domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Karen Edwards, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 17, charged with failing to provide information to law enforcement as required of a sexual predator, with his bond set at $100,000. 

Matthew Doyle Ferguson, 29, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Danielle Dean Gainey, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Christina K. Hall, 60, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Nov. 13, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Michael Patrick Halle, 52, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 15, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court (no bond).

Kristina D. Hurley, 30, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond). She was also charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Anthony Terrell Hutto, 50, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 15, charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required by law of a sex offender, and failing to report vacating his permanent residence as required by law of a sex offender ($20,000 bond).

Cody Jackson, 21, of an unstated town of residence in Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, to be held for court (no bond).

Michael Koehler, 45, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, charged with driving while license suspended, a subsequent offense; trepassing, and pettit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 ($41,000 bond).

Michael David Kulesza, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Nov. 19, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($25,000 bond).

Rosemarie Labar, 59, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Nov. 17, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Ruth Ester Lenz, 42, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Nov. 17, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($101,000 bond).

Evan Douglas McQuiston, 38, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Nov. 16, charged with driving under the influence with property damage, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equipment ($56,000 bond).

Regina Mims, 59, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 19, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Susan Parker, 62, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 17, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($150,000 bond). The incident occurred about 8:35 am on Hwy. 40 West, at Nottingham Lane, in Inglis, FL. Two passersby told deputies that they saw a woman, later identified as Ms. Parker, swinging at the male victim, who was trying to get away from her and not being aggressive toward her. The two witnesses managed to separate Ms. Parker and the man until deputies arrived. The male victim told deputies that he'd been fishing, when Ms. Parker arrived in a taxi, wanting him to move back in with her; he said he'd recently moved out of the home they'd shared. He said Ms. Parker got into the passenger seat of his vehicle, and when he attempted to help her fasten her seatbelt, she got into the driver's seat, threw his key out of the vehicle and attempted to start the ignition using her key, but the ignition did not start, and when he attempted to enter the driver's seat, Ms. Parker kicked his left hand and wrist area, leaving a slight redness, according to the report, and attempted to push him out of the vehicle. According to the witnesses, Ms. Parker and the victim began arguing in the middle of the roadway, and Ms. Parker threw the victim's dentures onto the grass. Ms. Parker told deputies that she needs to take care of the victim because he has dementia, but the arrest report stated that deputies have answered several calls for service, related to altercations between Ms. Parker and the victim, and the victim has always been oriented, behaved in an appropriate manner and has never shown any confusion. Mw. Parker said, if she kicked the victim, it was by accident.

Theresa Jo Peterson, 58, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 15, charged with battery ($5,000 bond). According to the arrest report, Ms. Peterson made a complaint that she gotten into an argument with a woman at another location, claiming that the woman had taken her wallet and medication, grabbed her right arm to pull her back, then struck her right cheek. The report stated that no injuries were visable to Ms. Peterson's cheek, mouth or arm, and the temperature of her right cheek was no warmer than the temperature of the left cheek, yet Ms. Peterson insisted that the other woman should be arrested. Deputies went to the location where the incident had occurred, where a witness to the incident told deputies that Ms. Peterson had accused the other woman of taking her wallet, and the two got into an argument during which Ms.Peterson had grabbed something out of her purse, and also a bottle of dish soap, that she swung at the other person, stiking her twice, and she was also attempting to push the other woman out of the camper. 

Cesaro Romulo-Morgado, 55, of Live Oak, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 1, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Nov. 15, charged with probation violation, with his bond set at credit for time served (none).

Alan E. Silverman, 56, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, on an out of county warrant ($2,500 bond).

Carlo Charles Sinnard, 47, of Chiefland, FL,was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($30,000 bond).

Robert Slone, 41, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 17, charged with battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, lewd or lascivious behavior, and tampering in a third degree felony proceeding ($1,090,000 bond). The incident was the result of a 911 call made by a neighbor due to a victim  screaming, "Call 911," according to the arrest report. Mr. Slone is accused of making lewd movements, placing two of his fingers in each side of a victim's mouth and pulling at the mouth, which left visable marks, according to the report, taking a victim's phone, which hindered the victim making a 911 call, and threatening a victim wth a knife.

Rodney Lamont Spikes, 46, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 20, charged with battery, criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or less, and child abuse without great bodily harm ($5,000 bond).

Philip Lester Swanson, 40, of Wililston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 19, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release for a domestic violence arrest, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and two counts of failure to appear in court ($50,000 bond). He was also charged with violating a condition of pretrial release,  with his bond set at none.

Isaiah Valentin, 25, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 20, on an out of county warrant, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Katrina Ann Veith, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 10, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Nov. 19, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Christabell Venus Marie Wood, 36, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, charged with trespassing, and petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 ($40,000 bond).
