Natisha Octavias Brown, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 18, charged with possession of cocaine, sale of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug equipment ($61,000 bond)
