Michelle Ann Ciaramitaro, 58, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a complaint, about 12:52 pm, of a drunk driver in Inverness, FL who was also involved in a physical altercation inside a vehicle. The report stated that the complaint was made by the passenger inside the vehicle. Deputies quickly located the described vehicle, a silver Kia Sportage, as it turned east onto E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. from N. Croft Ave. The report stated, that when the passenger noticed the patrol vehicle, he flailed his arms to get the attention of deputies, who conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The report stated that Ms. Ciaramitaro, the driver, smelled of alcohol, that she had difficulty speaking and explaining herself, and she also admitted to deputies that she'd consumed more alcohol than she should have, possibly three glasses, according to the report, and she performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing. Her breath alcohol results were documented at 0.191 and 0.203 (greater than the legal limit of 0.08).
Benjamin Russell Everage, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($1,140 bond).

1:43 am - Larry Joe Skidmore, III, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
1:49 am - Phil Henry Taylor, 64, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Citrus County Detention Facility on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of battery and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (no bond).
3:50 pm - Jeremy Richard Brown, 42, Dunnellon, FL: Citrus County warrant for violation of probation or communitycontrol (felony).
5:34 pm - Christopher Lee Restieri 38, Homosassa, FL: misdemeanor petit theft (value less than $100).

2:25 pm - Paul John Catucci, 24, Inverness, FL: bribery. According to the arrest report, two Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputies, a fire chief and a code enforcement officer responded to a residence, located at 1021 Jones Ave. in Inverness, due to an unpermitted haunted house on the property, and the fire chief found violations that would not allow the haunted house to remain open. The officials addressed the violations with Mr. Cartuci and the property owner, and while the fire chief was speaking with the property owner, the report stated, Mr. Cartucci asked the deputies, "If I give the fire chief $5,000, would he just walk away?" and one of the deputies, whose name was redacted from the report, replied, "No! That won't fix the problem." The deputy reported that Mr. Cartucci then walked to his vehicle and removed a stack of money from the center console, then walked into the front yard near the fire chief, threw the money onto the ground and stated to the fire chief, "If I drop this on the ground and you find it, will you just walk away like this never happened?" Mr. Cartucci was then placed under arrest
