Matthew Scott Covey, 55, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domesic battery (no bond).
Toni Marie Humphries, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).
Lacey Diane Hoyt, 30, of Floral City, FL, was charged with grand theft from a dwelling of $100 or more, but less than $750; and trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property.
Henery Eugene Spearing, Jr., 35, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond). The report stated that a road rage-type incident incident ocurred between two drivers traveling west on W. Stage Coach Trail in Hernando, FL. According to the report, the victim told deputies that he was traveling 55 mph, with Mr. Spearing following too closely behind him for safety, and he passed through two passing zones with the vehicle still following too closely without passing him, so he pumped his brakes in an attempt to force Spearing's vehicle to slow down, and the vehicle then entered the adjacent traffic lane (traveling west in the eastbound lane) and Spearing rolled down his rear passenger window and allegedly pointed a rifle at him. As the victim neared the intersection of CR 491, the report stated, he saw a deputy and stopped his vehicle. The report stated that Mr. Spearing told deputies, that in a passing zone, he attempted to pass the victim's vehicle because it was traveling slower than the posted speed zone, and the victim's vehicle attempted to merge toward him, and then passed him, and he attempted to pass the vehicle a second time, in a second passing zone, and the vehicle attempted to merge into him again, so he rolled down his window and allegedly told the victim, "If you don't stop, I'll beat your (expletive)." He said the victim continued to follow him for about two miles before the traffic stop. The report stated that the victim had several firearms inside his vehicle, but only one was within the reach of Mr. Springer - a Tradition brand 0.410-gauge shotgun, "located on the rear floorboard, touching the center console, with the barrel facing towards the rear passenger window, with the grip facing upwards" but it was not loaded, although one 0.410 slug round was found on the front passenger side floorboard. Other firearms inside Spearing's vehicle included a Citadel brand 12 gauge shotgun, a 0.22 magnum hunting rifle and a 0.357 magnum revolver that was unloaded; however multiple unpackaged 0.357 magnum rounds were found inside the center console.
Matthew Martin Richardson, 33, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for fleeing from or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer and driving under the influence, first offense) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Lancaster Correctional Institution in Trenton, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Bryan David McCrosky, 53, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Broward County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of a condition of pretrial release on an original charge of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling (no bond).
John Joseph Landolfi, 37, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation (probation was for organized fraud and possession of an antishoplifting inventory control device) with both bonds set at none.
Joseph Craig Sherouse, Jr., 22, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with trespassing, falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Sherouse entered the Kangaroo Express gas station, located at 8486 N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. in Hernando, FL and attempted to purchase gas, although he'd been trespassed from the business on Jan. 17, 2021. The report stated that Joseph Sherouse identified himself to a deputy as "Josh," and he told the deputy that his birthday is Oct. 23, when it is actually Oct. 10, and when the deputy attempted to take him into custody, he pulled away from the deputy.

Justin Michael Lyon, 23, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Timothy Wilson Dunn, 24 of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense; resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated while speeding and disregarding safety ($11,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for five counts of violation of misdemeanor probation on original charges of: (1) driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked, (2) driving while license suspended or revoked, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, (3) battery, (4) violating a condition of pretrial release, and (5) battery, and violating conditions of pretrial release, with his bonds each set at none.
Bradley William Sparks, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).
Jerome Edward Mains, 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Roxanna Marie Reinhold, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Charles Wayne Rathel, Jr., 55, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).
Caleb Joseph Thomas, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Publix Plaza, located at 1012 W. Main St. in Inverness, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Gabriel Bencosme, 23, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner, either directly or indirectly, by phone or another type of communication (no bond).
Samuel John Pulkkinen, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

David Michael Quirk, 55, of Ruskin, FL, was charged with driving while license revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop of a motorcycle, conducted on U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, due to the motorcycle swerving between lanes at a high rate of speed, and having no license plate displayed on the rear licene plate bar. The report stated that Mr. Quirk's driver's license had been revoked for five years, on Feb. 27, 2019, due to five previous charges of driving while license suspended, most of the charges in Hillsborough County, FL.
Kenny Von McCaig, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by refusing to surrender firearms or ammunition as ordered by court (no bond).
Two people, Alton Randolph Armahizer, 35, and Kimberly Ann Mansfield, 34, both of Homosassa, FL were accused of animal cruelty. The report stated, on Oct. 4, Armahizer had brought three dogs to the Citrus County Animal Shelter and surrendered them to the shelter. The report stated that one dog's (Bama's) tail would have to be amputated due to a severe infection, and his paws were "severly burned" from standing in his urine for a long peroid of time. Armahizer told shelter staff members that three other dogs were at hs tesidence, one of which (Phantom) belonged to Ms. Mansfield. Animal control officers and deputies went to the residence and found the living conditions inside the home, "unfit for dogs and humans," with urine and feces on the floors and walls, the report stated. Ms. Mansfield told the officers that she'd left the residence for an extended perios of time, with her dog and the other five dogs in the care of Mr. Armahizer, according to the report. Armahizer was charged with animal cruelty and animal cruelty with excessive or repeated inflictions ($3,000 bond), and Mansfield was issued a noice to appear in court citation, charged with animal cruelty (no bond).
Michael Joseph Auerwald, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Michael Thomas Reeves, 28, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
James Bernard Sowell, 59, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; driving under the influence, and refusing to submit to testing ($16,000 bond).
William Trent Schneider, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Michael David Jenkins, Jr., 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Citrus County Detention Facility on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).
Hope Elizabeth Isbell, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft. While shopping at the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, according to the report, Ms. Isbell was allegedly observed by a store loss prevention officer hanging several items of clothing on her shopping cart while in the Women's Department, then removing the price tags from two shirts and discarding the tags, removing two items of jewelry from boxes and concealing them (possibly in a canvas bag), consuming a mini-pie while shopping and discarding the packaging, then removing the tag from women's jogging pants and concealing them in a canvas bag inside her shoping cart and also concealing a pair of women's panties inside the canvas bag. The report stated that Ms. Isbell became aware that she was being watched and discarded some of the items in her shopping cart, but not the items she'd concealed, and she then exited the store without paying for the concealed items or the mini-pie.
Laszlo Adam Gyetvai, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Pacso County, FL warrant for two counts of aggravated stalking (presenting a credible threat by way of following, harassing or cyberstalking another person) with his bond set at $100,000.
Brandon Christopher Sheldon, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility by way of a transport order by Judge Ric Howard for a court hearing.
Shawn Richard Smith, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery of a person age 65 or older (no bond), hindering, delaying or preventing communication with a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($5,000 bond) and violation of felony probation (no bond).
Rebecca Marie McKenna, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge ($25,013 bond).
Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
Dakota James Edsall-Lee, 21, of Hernando, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($2,000 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim was visiting a female friend in Hernando when Mr. Edsall-Lee arrived at the residence and told the victim to leave. When the victim refused to leave, according to both the victim and the witness, Edsall-Lee used a pocket knife to stab the victim's vehicle, a 2021 Toyota Camry sedan: two slashes to a tire, one stab mark near the fuel door on the rear driver's side fender, and another stab mark to the plastic near the borrom back area of the rear passenger side door.
Christopher Matthew Martinez, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for third degree murder and attempted purchase of oxycodone) with his bond set at none.
Maria Casandra Moon, 38, of Ocala, FL, was arrested at the intersection of S. Florida Ave. and E. Tower Trail in Floral City, FL, as a fugitive from justice on a Bell County, Texas warrant for abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return (no bond).

Laquenton La'shawn Youngblood, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Jacksonville (Florida) Sheriff's Office warrant for two counts of child abuse ($20,006 bond). The arrest was the result of the complaint of a suspicious person (around 9:30 pm) in the 1100 block of NE 5th St. in Crystal River
Shannon Antonia Harrigal, 42, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
Jaclyn Dorothy Richard, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond). She was transported from the Gilchrist County Jail in Trenton, FL to the Citrus County Detentin Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Joshua Raymond Keller, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.
Calvin Curtis Johnson, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).
Samuel Steven Esposito, 60, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated stalking after an injunction for protection (no bond) and resisting an officer without violence (no bond). He was also arrested on three warrants: one for aggravated stalking after an injunction for protection, and violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by communicating with petitioner; one for violating a condition of pretrial release, and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.
Frank Nobile, III, 28, of Floral City, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Luis Gerard Poulos, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).
Kevin John Sullivan, 54, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at Colonade Park, located at 2120 Colonade St, in Inverness, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving a vehicle with a license tag expired for longer than six months ($2,000 bond).
Two people were taken into custody at 3:23 am: Jamie Nicole Teti, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond) and Kellen Jackson Teti, 39, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Laura Ann Kielbasa, 37, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of battery (no bond).
Ayanna Cecilia Rivera, 19, of Sanford, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($2,000 bond). The report stated that the arrest occurred during the traffic stop of a white Volkswagon near the Walmart store, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL, due to the vehicle traveling 72 mph in a 60 mph speed zone and 70 mph in a 50 mph speed zone. During the traffic stop, both the sheriff and a deputy smelled the odor of cannabis coming from the vehicle. The report stated, that during the traffic stop, Ms. Rivera walked away from the deputy while talking on her phone, and when the deputy instructed her to hang up her phone, she refused to do so and continued walking away from the deputy, another five to ten feet. She was placed under arrest and found to be in possesion of 2 grams of loose marijuana and two Dutch Masters Cigarillos that contained marijuana, and she has no Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry card, according to the report.
Billy Dale Roach, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possesion of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). He was transported from the Osceola County Corrections Department in Kissimmee, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Yahia F. Okosh, 62, of Cocoa, FL, was arrrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($2,178 cash purge bond). He was transported from the Brevard County Jail in Cocoa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Billy Lee Tedder, 61, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it ($2,000 bond).
Kenneth James Taylor, Jr., 41, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possesion of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).
James Matthew Ellis, 58, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond). The arrest was made during the traffic stop of a black Ford F150 pickup truck, due to the driver (Mr. Ellis) disregarding the stop sign at the intersection of E. Wagon Trail and N. Pioneer Ter. in Hernando, according to the report, which also stated that Mr. Ellis's driver's license had been canceled indefinitely on Jan. 18, 2012, revoked on June 27, 2012 and suspended indefinitely on May 24, 2014.
Jesse Michael Brooks, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 Highway 41 N. in Inverness, on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft or $300 or more, but less than $5,000) with his bond set at none.
Aastha Katherine Earth-Balance, 42, at large in the Inverness, Florida area, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The arrest report stated that an employee of the RaceTrac gas station, located at 2120 Colonade St. in Inverness, requested that a deputy trespass Ms Earth-Balance from the store's property because she was allegedly harassing customers at the front of the store. A deputy arrived to find Ms. Earth-Balance outside the store. The report stated that the deputy told her to leave, and if she returned, she would be subject to arrest, and she left the property, heading west on Main St., but returned a short time later and was taken into custody.
Two people were arrested during a traffic stop in Hernando, FL: the driver, Sean Michael Oliver, 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, and a back seat passenger, Shane Lee Adams, Jr., 30, of Ocala, FL. The traffic stop was conducted on a silver 2015 Ford F150 pickup truck, at the intersection of N. Lecanto Hwy. and N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. in Hernando, FL, due to the truck traveling 93 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. Inside of an open Monster brand energy drink, a deputy located several small plastic bags that contained a total of 1.73 grams of cocaine. The report stated that driver Oliver admitted to deputies that the drink containing the cocaine was his, but he denied that the cocaine belonged to him; he (Oliver) was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). Back seat passenger Adams was found to be in possession of metal knuckles (concealed in a back pants pocket), 0.95 gram of cocaine, along with numerous syringes, a spoon and a straw, which all tested positive for cocaine, according to the report, and he gave his name as Robert Perez, although his actual identity was later obtained from his Florida identification card; he (Adams) was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond) and violation of felony probation (no bond).

Nicole Renee MacDonald, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with previous convictions; attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($6,000 bond).
An 18 year-old juvenile from Floral City, FL, was taken into custody on a juvenile pickup order.
Tiara Marie Meyers, 28, of Holiday, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft, dealing in stolen property, and giving false ownership information to a pawnbroker) with her bond set at none. She was transported from the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Joseph Thomas Cothard, 40, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft (no bond). He was transported from the Pasco County Jail in Land O' Lakes, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Crystal Michelle Hansen, 30, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested in the area of the Sunshine Food Mart, located at 2901 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
