Have you seen this missing 73 year-old man, Lathie Elmo Horton?

On Oct. 9, 2021, 73 year-old Lathie Elmo Horton was reported as a missing and endangered to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Horton is a white male, with gray hair and brown eyes, He's 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has a right thumb deformity, where his thumb is bent at a 90 degrees angle. Mr. Horton should be driving a white 2006 Ford F-250 pickup truck with an extended cab that has a "Department of Homeland Security" sticker on the driver's side rear window. He was last seen on Friday, Oct. 8, about 4:00 pm in Floral City, Florida.
